Livestock Show president to provide chamber program

Meeting set for Jan. 14

Matthew R. Carter, President and General Manager of the Southwestern Exposition & Livestock Show, will provide the keynote address at the January meeting of the Parker County Chamber of Commerce.

The luncheon will run from 11:20 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 14, at New River Fellowship, located at 3252 E. I-20, Hudson Oaks, Texas.

Carter oversees the Southwestern Exposition & Livestock Show—best known for the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo—which has a profound impact on agriculture, education, and economic development across Texas. His leadership experience and insights into large-scale event management, community engagement, and economic impact promise to deliver a compelling and informative program for chamber members and guests.

Attendance is open to Chamber members and prospective members. Advance registration is encouraged, as seating is limited.
