Softball today: Ladycats begin busy week with home game against Crowley

Posted

Last week the Aledo Ladycats could not build momentum off their 13-0 District-opening win over Joshua due to two league games being postponed because of rain and wet grounds.

This week, the Ladycats will enjoy their spring break by playing four district games in four days, including a unique doubleheader on Tuesday.

But the busy week starts off today when the Ladycats host Crowley at 7 p.m. at the AHS softball field.

On Tuesday, the Ladycats will play a a rare twin bill that will see the team play different opponents at two different locations.

The Ladycats will host Everman at noon, and after the contest will hop on the bus and travel to Burleson High School for a 5:30 p.m. contest.

After an off day Wednesday, the Ladycats will head back down to Burleson and face Centennial at noon at the Centennial High School softball field.
