The Parker County Appraisal District (PCAD) is accepting applications from Parker County residents interested in serving on the Appraisal Review Board (ARB) for the 2026 tax year.
The ARB is an independent panel of private citizens that hears and resolves property owner protests regarding appraised values and other tax matters. Members are not employees of the Parker County Appraisal District.
Applicants must have lived in Parker County for at least two years, be current on all property taxes, and meet other qualifications listed in Texas Property Tax Code Section 6.412.
Service requires about 30 days between May and July, with $200 per full day of attendance.
Applications can be downloaded from the Parker County Appraisal District website at www.parkercad.org under the Downloads and Forms section.
Completed applications should be submitted to the Taxpayer Liaison Officer (TLO) by email at tlo@parkercad.org or delivered by mail or in person to:
