All-District 5-5A

The district champion Aledo Bearcats/Ladycats paced the All-District 5-5A selections as made by the league's coaches recently.

Joe McCoy was named the league's Coach of the Year, while Bryanna Orr is the Girls Most Valuable Player. Also, Will Beyer was selected as Boys Newcomer of the Year and Lila Satterfield is the Girls Freshman of the Year.

Boys doubles: Line 1 second team, Scott Mason/Craig Mason; Line 2 first team, Jacob Heckathorn/Francois Britz; Line 3 first team, Beyer/Tom Ruminsky.

Mixed doubles: First team, Ben Farmer/Satterfield.

Boys singles: Line 1 honorable mention, Craig Mason; Line 2 first team, Ben Farmer; Line 3 first team, Scott Mason; Line 4 first team, Beyer; Line 5 first team, Heckathorn; Line 6 second team, Britz.

Girls doubles: Line 1 first team, Kenley Germany/Orr; Line 2 first team, Elli Kate Bussmeir/Patrice Loftin; Line 3 first team, Natalie Nawrocki/Eleanor Jack.

Girls singles: Line 1 first team, Orr; Line 2 first team, Germany; Line 3 first team, Bussmeir; Line 4 first team, Satterfield; Line 5 second team, Gracie Heydman; Line 6 first team, Sydney Byrd.
