The Aledo Middle School seventh- and eighth-grade girls track teams easily won the Mineral Wells meet on Feb. 21, while the seventh-grade boys also won and the eighth-grade boys were second.
The seventh-grade Ladycats scored 295 points to more than double second place Stephenville Henderson’s 136. The eighth-grade girls scored 200 to edge Henderson’s 191.
The seventh-grade boys collected 227.5 to best Henderson’s 161.5, and the eighth-grade boys scored 161 to finish runner-up to Henderson’s 240.
