Aledo library crafting group makes T. rex cross stitch projects

In honor of Unearth a Story, Aledo Public Library’s dinosaur-themed summer reading program, participants at the library’s monthly crafting group worked on T. rex cross stitch projects. The pattern and materials for the event were provided by the library. The stitches were started during the group’s June 16 meeting and then completed or partially completed projects were shared at the July 21 meeting.

The crafting group, Common Threads, meets at 6 p.m. on the third Tuesday of every month at Aledo Public Library. Common Threads is designed for adult fiber artists of all skill levels. More information is available on Aledo Public Library’s Facebook page.
