Aledo golf fundraiser planned

The 19th Annual Bearcat/Ladycat Golf Fundraiser is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 16 at Split Rail Links & Golf Club. The event benefits the Aledo High School boys and girls golf teams.

The tournament, with four-person teams, will have a shotgun start at 1 p.m. Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m.

Entry fee is $600 per team. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three teams, along with hole-in-one prizes.

Sponsorship opportunities are also available, including:

• Hole sponsor, $100, business logo or personal wording for player or team.
• Hole-in-one sponsor, $500, four available slots for signage on par-3 holes with hole-in-one prize details.
• Par sponsor, $500, large sign on practice green or large sign on short game area.
• Birdie sponsor, $1,000, signage on all golf carts, signage on course, recognition on Facebook page.
• Eagle sponsor, $2,000, four-person team, signage on all golf carts, signage on the course, recognition on Facebook page.
