The Board of Directors of the Upper Trinity Groundwater Conservation District will hold a public hearing, accept public comment, and may act to adopt the permanent District Rules regulating water wells within the boundaries of the District, including Hood, Montague, Parker, and Wise Counties, Texas.
This hearing will be held at 4 p.m. Monday, June 17, at the District office, 1859 West Highway 199, Springtown.

The Upper Trinity Groundwater Conservation District's regular board meeting is set for 5 p.m. on Monday, March 16, at the Upper Trinity GCD office, 1859 West Highway 199 in Springtown. The public is welcome to attend.
UTGCD, established in November 2007, serves Montague, Wise, Parker, and Hood counties. The District works to protect existing wells, promote conservation, and to provide a framework that will allow availability and accessibility of groundwater for future generations.
