The Aledo High School golf teams wrapped up the fall portion of their 2024-25 schedule recently. The Ladycats Black and Orange teams each won a tournament, and the Bearcats Black placed third.
The Ladycats Black won the Tangleridge Two Step hosted by Mansfield Lake Ridge at Tangle Ridge Golf Course in Grand Prairie. They had a team score of 710 to edge Mansfield by two strokes.
Emily Crick posted a two-day score of 151 to place second individually.
In that same tournament, the Bearcats Black placed third, recording a two-day total of 614, seven shots back. Braden Strokes shot 145 for two rounds to place third individually.
In the Burleson Tournament at Hidden Creek Golf Course, the Ladycats Orange also took the top spot with a 389. They won by a whopping 32 strokes.
Sydney Purdon led Aledo Orange with a 91 to finish third individually.
