Weatherford College will present “It’s All About the Music” at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 6, in the Alkek Fine Arts Center.
Doors open at 7 p.m. and the concert begins at 7:30 p.m.
Admission is free.
The Aledo High School Treble Choir and Aledo High School Wind Ensemble will have a Send-Off Concert at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, March 9 in the AHS Auditorium.
The choir and band were selected through blind auditions to perform at the Music for All National Festival in Indianapolis on March 12-14.
The Aledo High School Treble Choir’s program theme is “Our Purpose” and includes “I Believe” –Miller, “Prayer of the Children” - Klouse, “Ave Maria” – Forbes, “She Sings” - Bernon, and “I Am” – Grases.
The Aledo High School Wind Ensemble program theme is “The Journey” and includes “Overture to Candide” - Bernstein, “The Earth” from "Planets" by Trouvere - Nagao, “Sheltering Sky” - Mackey, “The Gallant 7th” - Sousa , “Mambo” from “West Side Story” - Bernstein, “With Heart and Voice” - Gillingham, and “Whip and Spur” - Allen.
The Parker County Aggie Moms Club will host the Texas A&M University Singing Cadets at 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 29, at Aledo United Methodist Church. Doors will open at 2:30 p.m.
Tickets are $12 if purchased by March 27, and $15 at the door for any remaining seats. Last year's concert attracted approximately 500 attendees.

The cadets performed their first-ever Parker Performance on Jan.16, 2019.
