Adam Kern, Senior Business Development Liaison for Workforce Solutions, will speak at the East Parker County Chamber’s January luncheon, which will run from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8 at New River Fellowship, 3252 Interstate 20 Frontage Road in Hudson Oaks.
Kern will present information on finding your workforce, training your existing workforce, and labor market information. He will discuss how you can take advantage of the business-driven services to address your workforce needs — at absolutely no cost to you!
From running a business at 17, spending more than 10 years managing customer solutions teams for two of the world’s largest financial institutions and previously serving as a Recruiting Manager for Robert Half, Adam has had unique exposure working on both sides of the business spectrum — those seeking good work and those seeking good workers. Since joining the North Central Texas Workforce Board team more than three years ago, he has been able to leverage his experience combined with the tools of the Texas Workforce Commission to assist the businesses of Parker and surrounding counties. He holds a Business Management Degree and is certified in Basic Economic Development by the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX).
