Bearcats host Chisholm Trail today in District 6-5A baseball opener

After five scrimmages and two tournaments, the Aledo Bearcats baseball team is ready to play the games that count.

The Bearcats will host Chisholm Trail at 7:30 p.m. today at the AHS baseball field to begin District 6-5A play.

Aledo (9-2) is coming off a successful run at the Abilene tournament last weekend where they went 5-0 with victories over Sweetwater, Abilene High School, Abilene Cooper, Brownfield and Abilene Wylie.
