Needing a win today to stay in at least a tie for first place in District 6-5A, the state-ranked No. 11 Aledo Ladycats will host Chisholm Trail today at the Aledo High School gym.
The first serve is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
The Ladycats are currently riding an eight-match winning streak, coming off a sweep of Eaton on Friday. Chisholm Trail, fighting for the fourth and final playoff spot, fell in three games the last time these two teams met.
In other 6-5A volleyball action today, Boswell travels to Azle; Northwest is at Eaton; and Brewer hosts Saginaw.
Ladycats notes: Friday's home varsity match against Brewer is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. The start time is incorrect on the original schedule.
