After a lengthy search process, the City of Hudson Oaks selected Michael Baldwin as the new Chief of Police. Mr. Baldwin has over 33 years of law enforcement experience and currently serves as a Captain with the Fort Worth Police Department. Although he spent most of career in Fort Worth, Mr. Baldwin has lived in Parker County for 29 years. Mr. Baldwin managed the Communications Division, West Division, North Division, Special Projects, Data Management, Support Services, Staffing Management, and Internal Affairs at the Fort Worth Police Department.
Chief Baldwin “brings a wealth of experience to our department” and with the explosive growth occurring in Parker County.
“Hudson Oaks is strategically investing in public safety,” stated Mayor Pat Deen. “I am excited to provide our existing officers with a leader of Michael’s caliber and look forward to the contributions he will make within the Parker County law enforcement community.”

Chief Baldwin will officially be sworn in on December 1, 2016 after winding down his current commitments with the City of Fort Worth.
