New chairs inspire reading at Coder Elementary School

With all types of technology available and many other distractions, there's nothing like a comfortable place to sit to enjoy a good book. Coder Librarian Lauren Christianson used monies from book fairs to purchase eight new rocking chairs so students would be inspired to read. “It’s been great to see how interested the kids are in using the new chairs,” she said. "They are a definite bonus in the library!"
