Women's Conference

Laurie Cole, founder and president of Priority Ministries of Houston will be the keynote speaker at the first Women’s Conference (There is a Season), sponsored by the Just Women’s Ministry of First Baptist Church in Aledo on Saturday, March 5 from 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.

Heather Regimbald, FBC Aledo Volunteer and Conference Committee Chairman, said the event is an all-inclusive (non-denominational) session open to all women of Parker County.

“The goal of the conference is to inspire, love and encourage women toward a deeper relationship with God,” Regimbald said.

In addition to Cole, many of the women headlining the event are local.

Soup-er Bowl EventJust Women, a women’s ministry of First Baptist Church of Aledo, will hold “A Soup-er Bowl Event” from 5:30 - 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 23 in the FBC Family Life Center.
