Dress up and join the fun for Camp Hope's Trunk or Treat from 4-6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 30 at the Vandagriff Elementary School parking lot. The Summit in Aledo will hold a blood drive from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, July 10. Blood donors must be 16 years-old or older, be healthy and possess a valid ID. Carter Blood Care will give out Blue Bell ice cream for all participants in the month of July, as well as entering all donors in a drawing for a gas card. The Summit will have Vacation Bible School this summer starting at 5:30 with a light supper and VBS from 6 to 8:15 p.m. on June 28-30 for ages 3 and up. There will be daycare, too. The theme will be Pandamania. For more information call Brenda at 817-366-0342 or visit www.the-summit.org.
