On Wednesday, 08-31-2011 at approximately 2140 hours, I, Officer Matt B. Windham #67 was dispatched to the 801 Santa Fe Drive (Weatherford Police Department), in reference to an investigation. Upon arrival, I met with the complainant who advised that her daughter had been sexually assaulted back in 2009 by a known adult male. The assault took place on East Third Street, at an unknown address. A report was made for Sexual Assault. The victim's mother invoked her right to have a pseudonym used for the sexual assault survivor.

On Friday, 08/26/2011, Weatherford Police Officers were dispatched to a burglary of Granny’s Kitchen located at 1802 Santa Fe Dr. When officers arrived, an employee of the restaurant reported that sometime overnight, unknown suspect(s) entered the building, made forced entry into an office and stole a safe containing an undetermined amount of cash.

On, 08-30-2011 qt 10:00 hours, officers were dispatched to a convenience store located at 1832 South Main in Weatherford, in reference to a theft. According to employee Kristin Craig (w/f 29yoa) a W/M pumped 78.00 dollars in fuel and drove away without paying for the gas. A vehicle description was given along with a license plate number. Charges were filed and this case is being investigated.
On Monday 08-29-2011 at approximately 1830 hours I reporting officer (Tippie #42) was dispatched to the 801 Santa Fe Dr. to meet with a subject in reference to a theft. Upon arriving on scene I made contact with the complainant, John David Huffman (w/m 46yoa). Huffman advised me that his son had taken his I Phone 4 16G over to a friends house to play video games on approximately May 20th 2011. The residence was in the 1600 block of Remington Circle. Huffman stated that his phone was taken at that time by an unknown subject while he was not paying attention and that he has recently discovered through AT&T that they could locate the phone if a Police report was made. Huffman advised that the phone was worth approximately $500. A report was made over this incident.
On Sunday 8-28-11 at about 0800 hours, I (Officer T. Johnson 19) was on routine patrol at Cartwright Park and noticed that a door on a well house near the children's playground was open. Upon further inspection, I saw that the door had been kicked in to make forced entry. There was no signs of anything stolen or destroyed inside the shed. A Criminal Mischief report was completed.
On Friday, 08/26/2011, Reporting Officer C. Rivas #68 was radio dispatched to a major accident in the 2000 block of Bethel Rd. On arrival, I investigated an accident scene involving two vehicles, where one vehicle ran a stop sign and struck the other vehicle. I made contact with the at fault driver who appeared to be under the influence of a substance other than alcohol. The subject was transported to the hospital, therefore not arrested at this time.
On 8-27-11 at approximately 1258 hours officers were dispatched to 1727 Remington Circle on a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival at 1727 Remington Circle at approximately 0102 hours officers observed a male and a female in front yard of the residence talking. Officers spoke with the w/f that identified herself as the complainant, Debby Giltmag (A/F 28yoa). Galtmag advised that on this date at approximately 1230 hours a w/m known to her intentionally and knowingly without her consent slapped her on her right ear. A report was made.
On 08-25-11 at approx 1006 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 214 E 8th St in reference to a theft. Upon my arrival I made contact with Maurine Self (w/f 81yoa). Self advised that her medication was delivered to her residence on 08-19-11 and when she went to open the bottle on 08-25-11, she could not locate it. A theft report was taken.
On 08-24-11 at approx 0900 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 801 Santa Fe in reference to a theft. Upon my arrival I made contact with Jason Morgan (w/m 30yoa). Morgan advised that an unknown person removed a water meter from the water hydrant that is located in the 300 blk of Washington between 08-23-11 at 1600 hrs and 08-24-11 at 0700 hrs without permission. A theft report was taken.
On Tuesday 8/23/11 Officer B Stagner responded to the 2200 block of Whitney DR, Weatherford TX in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival Officer Stagner met with the complainant Dana Jo Wilson (w/f 26 y/o) who advised on the previous night unknown persons entered her unlocked 2005 Hummer H1 and stole a purse containing her wallet. Wilson advised the person/s knowingly entered her vehicle without her consent and appropriated her property with the intent to deprive.
