On Thursday 09/15/2011, I was on duty at 2121 Bethel Rd, I was approached by a juvenile who wanted to make a report that sometime between 07:30 - 10:00 on Wednesday 09/14/2011, someone stole her camera out of her backpack. A report was made for Theft $50-$500.

Reporting officer (Hansen) talked with complainant Justin Rokus who lives in Weatherford, Texas. He advised that a known person is threatening he and his family harassed by e-mail and phone. He wishes to pursue file charges of Harassment.

On Saturday, 09/17/2011, just shortly after 7:30am, Weatherford Police Officers were dispatched to a local hotel in the 800blk of Palo Pinto St in regards to a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers found a white male, later identified as Shane Weston Cook (w/m 40yoa), in the process of damaging one of the hotel rooms. Officers found the room in severe disarray with windows broken, beds turned over and pictures torn off the wall. As they entered the room, the suspect had moved into the bathroom where he destroyed the toilet, plumbing fixtures and shower. It appeared that in the process of damaging these items, the suspect injured himself due to the large amounts of blood on him and around the hotel room.

On 09-18-11 at approx 1055 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 801 Santa Fe in reference to a criminal mischief report. Upon my arrival I made contact with Pamela J Graham. Graham advised that sometime between 09-17-11 at 1230 hrs and 09-18-11 at 0450 hrs, an unknown person placed University of Texas stickers on her white mailbox without her permission. A criminal mischief report was taken.

On Saturday, September 17, 2011 I, Ofc. D. Feare #59, was dispatched to 418 Palo Pinto St. in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle that was committed at 312 W Rentz St., Weatherford, Parker County, Texas. When I arrived I spoke with complainant Joshua Mark Blair who told me his truck was entered by an unknown person(s) without his consent with the intent to commit the theft of his stereo system sometime between midnight and 07:30 this morning. He estimated the value of the stereo system at $1050 and a burglary of a motor vehicle report was made for this incident.

On Friday, September 16, 2011, at 0818hrs, I, Ofc S. Chalmers 61, was dispatched to 202 College Park Dr #163 in Weatherford, Texas, in reference to an assault. When I arrived on scene, I contacted Ray Magallan (36yoa WM) who advised that earlier in the month, a known suspect physically assaulted him causing him to suffer bodily injury. Due to Magallan being disabled, a report was taken for Injury to the Disabled and forwarded to CID for further investigation.

On 09.15.2011 at approx 0730hrs reporting officer C Brown#74 was dispatched to the area of 1700 S Main St in reference to a suspicious person. A white male, identified as Christian Melton who met the description was stopped in the 1500 block of S Main. A records check showed Melton to have a felony warrant out of Georgia for probation violation on five counts of burglary of a habitation. Melton was taken into custody without incident.

On Thursday 9-15-11 at about 0910 hours, Laura Parum (W/F 41yoa) of Weatherford Texas reported her purse taken by unknown suspects from her unlocked car while it was parked in the 600 block of W. Water earlier that morning. A Burglary of a Motor Vehicle report was completed.

Cpl. Wright was dispatched to 1836 S main in reference to a theft. On arrival Cpl. Wright met with the victim, Alan Montanus who advised that unknown persons, without his consent, appropriated a gift card worth $55.98 from the business. A report for theft was made.

On 09/14/2011, at approximately 0930 hours, Reporting Officer J. Holcomb # 76 made contact with a complainant at 801 Santa Fe Dr., in reference to a damaged vehicle. The complainant, one Nicholson, Dianne Arnold, w/f, stated sometime between 1600 and 2200 hours on 09/13/2011 her vehicle was damaged while parked in the parking lot of a business located at 1016 S. Main St. The vehicle had paint/body damage valued at approximately $3,000.00. A report was made for Criminal Mischief 1,500-20,000.

At approximately 10:27 hours this date, reporting officer J. Shelley - 63 was dispatched to 1702 Santa Fe to meet with Pharmacy Technician, Kim Warren (w/f 40yoa), regarding an altered prescription. Warren advised that a known person had dropped off a prescription on 09/10/2011 at approximately 13:00 hours and came to retrieve it at approximately 10:00 hours this date. Warren advised that she had confirmed with suspect's doctor that the prescription had been altered. A report for Forged/Altered Prescription was made.

On 09-13-11 at approx 0800 I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 400 Deputy Larry Miller Dr Granbury, TX to take custody of Jessie Lee Berryhill (w/m 34yoa). Upon my arrival, Berryhill was taken into custody for WPD warrant # 230178301 for DWLI and transported to the Parker Co Jail

On Tuesday 09-13-2011 at approximately 18:45 hours reporting officer (Taber 77) was dispatched to 2121 Bethel Rd. in reference to assisting another Officer. On arrival I met the victim, a white male subject 15 years of age. The victim advised that 09-13-2011 between 14:00 and 15:00 hours, a white male subject, 17 years of age, pushed him intentionally causing physical contact knowing this would be offensive during an argument. A report was made for Assault.

On 9-11-11 at approximately 1154 hours I, Officer D.L. Morton # 72, received a criminal mischief call at 215 Adams Dr. in reference to someone throwing a bolt through a window. Upon arrival at 215 Adams Dr. at approximately 1157 hours I met with the reportee, Robin Yankie (w/f 26yoa). Yankie advised that sometime between approximately 1953 hours last date and 1130 hours this date some unknown person or persons damaged one of the outer windows of the business by throwing a large bolt at it. A report was made.
