09/28/11 Cpl. Wright was dispatched to 904 W Spring St in reference to a criminal mischief call. On arrival Cpl. Wright met with the complainant, Lois Nixon. Nixon advised that sometime between 12:00am and 9:15am on Wednesday, 09/28/11, unknown person without her consent, damaged her mailbox located near the street. A report for criminal mischief was taken.

C.Rivas 68- On this 27th day of September 2011, at approximately 0747 hrs, I was dispatched to meet with a complainant in reference to theft. I met with the complainant, Everado Medrano (w/m 37yoa), at his residence (243 Allen St.), who advised that unknown person(s) unlawfully took his property ($1500.00 in tools) with out his consent. A theft report was taken.

On 09-26-11 reporting officer (Hansen) met with complainant, Deanna Stone (w/f 67yoa) who lives in Weatherford, Texas who advised that someone had used her social security number to open an account with a business in Mesquite, Texas for electric services. No known suspects. Victim will prosecute for fraudlent use of identifying information.

On 09/24/11 at approximately 1015 hours Officer Stagner was dispatched to the 1600 block of Old Dicey Road in reference to a theft in progress. Dispatch advised a silver Oldsmobile Intrigue was traveling up and down the roadway stealing trash bags (city distributed) from the front yard to the residences. Officer Stagner located the suspect vehicle in the 2000 block of Old Dicey and made contact with the driver, Maria Hernandez (w/f 20 y/o), and the two occupants Laura Garcia (w/f 31 y/o) and Julio Enrique Llarena-Garcia (w/m 24 y/o). Officer Stagner located six packages of trash bags in the vehicle that had been distributed by City of Weatherford staff to six separate residences located in the 100 block of La Colina RD and the 1600 Old Dicey RD.

On 09/22/2011 at approximately 1258 hours, Reporting Officer J. Holcomb # 76 was radio dispatched to the Weatherford Police Department, located at 801 Santa Fe Dr., in reference to identity theft. On arrival, I met with the complainant/victim, Brittany Carter, who advised she received a bill in the mail on 09/21/2011 stating she owed a company money for a loan. Carter stated she never took out a loan with this company, therefore contacted the company to question the bill. Carter stated the company advised her someone used her personal identifying information to obtain a loan for $800.00. A report was made for Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information.

On 9-23-11 at approximately 0911 hours I, Officer D.L. Morton # 72, was dispatched on a theft at 708 S. Rusk St. Upon arrival at 708 S. Rusk St. I met with the complainant, Tammy Gomez, who advised that between approximately 0130 hours and 0700 hours this date an unknown person or persons without her consent took her purse, blue athletic bag containing assorted items, and Fujitsu laptop computer. A report was made.

On Sat.09/24/2011 approximately 12:46 hrs. I ( J.Hanna # 31) was dispatched to a wreck westbound I-20 at the 410 mile marker. On arrival I found the driver to be intoxicated and witnesses advised that he was driving the vehicle. The driver was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and placed in Parker Co. Jail.

On 09/21/2011 at approximately 0900 hours, Reporting Officer J. Holcomb # 76 made contact with a complainant the Weatherford Police Department, located at 801 Santa Fe Dr., in reference to a theft. The complainant, one Mcelhaney, Suzann, w/f, advised a subject used false information to obtain a loan in the amount of $ 1714.52, from a business located at 1974 S. Main St. A report was made for False Information to Obtain Credit $1500-20,000.

On Thursday, September 8, 2011, at 1652hrs, I, Ofc S. Chalmers 61, was dispatched to 1125 W Oak St in Weatherford, Texas, in reference to a hit and run accident. When I arrived on scene, I made contact with the 47yoa, white, female victim who advised that on this date between 0800hrs and 1635hrs, unknown person(s) struck her 2007, blue, Nissan Titan pickup causing damage and then fled the scene. A report was completed on the incident.

On 09.20.2011 at approx 0720hrs reporting officer C Brown #74 was dispatched to the area of 2600 E Bankhead in reference to a hit/run accident. Upon arrival the actor vehicle, a 2007 Chevy Avalanche was located. The driver, identified as Luis Antonio Chavez was arrest for Driving While Intoxicated (with open container) and leaving an accident involving damage to a vehicle greater than $200.00. A report was accomplished.

09/20/11 Cpl. Wright was dispatched to 1836 S main in reference to a forged $20.00 bill. On arrival Cpl. Wright met with Kathy Hanks with the business cash office who advised that at an unknown time, unknown person(s) passed a forged/fictitious $20.00 bill at the store. A report for forgery was taken.

Detectives with the Weatherford Police Department are currently investigating several burglaries and criminal mischief that has occurred recently in the area located just off the northwest quadrant of the Weatherford Square.
