On 10/08/11 at approximately 0940 hours Officer Stagner was dispatched to a possible drunk driver traveling towards Weatherford on Peaster Hwy. Officer Stagner located the suspect vehicle which was a white 2002 Oldsmobile Alero. Officer Stagner effected a traffic stop for a traffic violation in the 200 block of E Spring ST. Officer Stagner made contact with the driver who was identified as Felisiano Villalpando (w/m 27 y/o). Officer Stagner completed an investigation and arrested Villalpando for DWI/Child Passenger Under 15 y/o. Villalpando had two child passengers riding in the vehicle. Villalpando operated a motor vehicle in a public place while intoxicated and while having a child passenger in the vehicle under 15 years of age.

On 10-8-11 at approximately 1027 hours I, Officer J. Young, advised by dispatch that a subject called the police department wanting to report a theft. I contacted the victim, David Villo, by phone at his request. Villo told me that on 10-7-11 at approximately 1630 hours he was working in the 1100 block of Fort Worth Hwy. While he was working he had his Iphone on the desk and a known subject came into the store. After the subject left at approximately 1645 hours Villo noticed that his Iphone was missing. A report was taken for theft.

On 10/08/11 Officer Stagner was dispatched to a commercial business located in the 1800 block of S Main ST in reference to a theft. Officer Stagner met with company representative Ashley Brown (w/f 19 y/o) who advised that an unidentified white male subject stole gasoline valued between $50 and $500 before driving off in a gray pickup truck. Brown advised the subject intentionally or knowingly appropriated property with the intent to deprive.

On this 10-09-11 at about 1100 hours, Officer J. Young and I (Officer T. Johnson 19) were dispatched to North Richland Hills PD to transport Christopher D. Hickman W/M 23 yoa to the Parker County Jail. Hickman was arrested by NRHPD for Weatherford and Parker County Misdemeanor Warrants. He was transported and booked into the PCSO jail per procedure.

On 10-9-11 at approximately 1154 hours I, Officer D.L. Morton # 72, received a Theft Call at 1001 Vine Street. # 6 in reference to stolen prescription drugs. Upon arrival at 1001 Vine St. # 6 I was met by the complainant, Sarenna Vail, who advised that between approximately 2330 hours on 10-8-11 and 0930 hours this date some unknown person or persons without her consent stole her prescription hydrocodone and Alprazolam from her purse. A report was made.

On this 5th day of October 2011, I Officer C. Rivas was dispatched to meet with a complainant, Debbie Vanover (W/F 52yoa) at the Weatherford Police Department in reference to some ficticious charges applied to her bank account. Upon meeting with the complainant, she stated that person(s) unknown to her fraudulently used her debit card without her effective consent. A fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying information report was filed.

On Wednesday, October 05, 2011 at approximately 2208, Officer Watson observed two bicycles traveling S Bound in the 200 block of Santa Fe Dr. without lights and initiated a traffic stop. A driver's license and warrant check on one of the persons, identified as Christopher Ladesic, revealed that he had three outstanding Parker County Warrants: FMFR # 3781801, EXP MVR # 3781802, and FTA # 37818F01. Ladesic was placed under arrest for said warrants and transported to Parker County Jail without incident.

On Wednesday 10-05-2011 at approximately 17:58 hours reporting officer (Taber 77) was dispatched to Weatherford PD to meet with a complainant in reference to theft. On arrival, I met with the complainant, Christopher Dean Addison, who resides at 1635 Remington Circle. Addison advised that sometime between 10-03-2011 and 10-05-2011 an unknown person/s fraudulently obtained and used his checking account and routing numbers on a ficticious check. A report was made for Fraudulent Use of Identifying Information.

On October 5, 2011 at approximately 2046hrs Corporal Goff and Officer Bramow with the Weatherford Police Department were dispatched to 202 College Park Drive in Weatherford, Parker County, Texas in reference to two female juveniles (that had escaped from a TYC half way house in Fort Worth, Texas) hanging out in the parking lot of 202 College Park Dr. Upon arrival Goff and Bramow contacted the two females who identified themselves as the two juvenlie females that had escaped from the TYC half way house in Fort Worth. The juveniles had a Texas Youth Commission (TYC) hold on them and they were transported to the Weatherford Police Department. Parker County Juvenile probation then advised to take the juveniles to the Hood County Juvenile Detention Center in Granbury, Texas. The Juveniles were then taken to the juvenile detention center by Officer Taber with the Weatherford Police Department.

On 10-4-2011 I (B Pool #69) observed a black 1999 Toyota Corolla displaying an altered license plate in the 1900 block of Martin Dr. I initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and identified the occupants. Further investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle had just stolen unleaded gasoline from a business in the 1800 block of S Main. I also located a usable amount of a controlled substance in the vehicle which was in possession of both occupants. The driver was Phillip Jason Warren W/M 42yoa who was charged with Display Fictitious License Plate, Poss CS PG 1 < 1G and Theft of Prop < $50 Enhanced with Previous Conviction. The passenger was Sheila Ranee Howell W/F 41yoa and was charged with Poss CS PG < 1G.

On 10-04-2011 at 2241 hrs I, Officer T.Wainscott #79 with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to 801 Santa Fe Dr. in regards to a harassment call. I contacted the complainant,Misty Kenney (W/F 35yoa) by phone who advised that a known person had been harassing her via texting and phone calls.Kenney advised that she wants to file charges for Harassment.

On 10-05-2011 at 0329 hrs I, T.Wainscott #79 Officer with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to Benbrook PD on a transport. I picked up a Charles Luther Haralson on a Weatherford warrant for Theft under $50. Haralson was transported to the Parker County jail with out incident and booked into the Parker County jail on a Theft <$50 warrant.

On 10-03-11 at about 0800 hours, I (Officer T. Johnson 19) was dispatched to a truck stop in the 2100 block of Old Dennis Rd, to meet with John A. Riise W/M 61 years old. Riise reported that sometime during the night, an unknown person cut the lock on his refrigerated trailer and stole some of the freight. He stated that the freight was food product. A burglary report was completed.

On 10-3-11 at approximately 0826 hours I, Officer D.L. Morton # 72, was dispatched to 101 College Park Drive on a criminal mischief call in reference to an ATM that had been spray painted. Upon arrival at 101 College Park Drive at approximately 0829 hours I met with the reportee, Kent Hudson (w/m 49yoa), who advised that between approximately 1800 hours on 9-30-11 and 0730 hours this date an unknown person or persons without consent printed the name "SLIM" across the front of the ATM machine located on the northwest corner of the property. A report was made.

On 10.03.2011 at approx 0910hrs reporting officer C Brown #74 observed a vehicle traveling east in the 1800 block of E Bankhead. The vehicle's speed was checked at 51 in a 35 MPH zone and a traffic stop was initiated. A records check showed Leon "Craig" Slovak (w/m 42yoa) had an outstanding warrant out of Tarrant County Sheriff's Office for Theft by Check $500-$1500. After confirmation on the warrant, Slovak was taken into custody without incident.

Reporting officer (Hansen) met with complainant who advised that a suspect had cashed a check on her bank account using complainants identifying information without their consent.

On 09-25-2011 at 2219 hrs I, Officer T.Wainscott with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to 1700 Remington Cir Dr in reference to a disturbance call involving a gun. Upon arrival it was determined that Trey Allison (W/M 22 years of age) was struck in the head with a shotgun. James Herdman (W/M 21 years of age) was arrested for Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon and placed into the Parker County Jail.

A student at the Weatherford Ninth Grade Center was found to be in possession of what is believed to be synthetic marijuana. Pending lab test results an arrest will be made.

On 09/30/2011 at 1146 hours, Reporting Officer J. Holcomb # 76 was dispatched to contact a complainant in reference to a theft report. I made contact via telephone with the complainant, Brenda Carr. Carr advised at approximately 1030 hours on this date, a subject stole $ 247.85 worth of diesel from the business where she is employed, located at 2001 Santa Fe Dr. A report was made for Theft $ 50-500.

On 09-30-11 at approx 1200 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 801 Santa Fe in reference to a sexual assault. Upon my arrival I made contact with the complainant. I was advised that a sexual assault had occurred on approx June 15, 2011. A report was taken.

On 10-02-11 at approx 0743 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 713 Anderson in reference to an assault that had occurred. Dispatch advised that there were several victims, but that one was on their way to the hospital. The others were at a residence in the county. I met with Ryan Junkert, Ryan Nowak and Carlos Perez. All advised that they had attended a party on W Ball St. While there, Junkert, Nowak and Perez were all assaulted. Junkert's vehicle was struck with a baseball bat several times and had a window broken out. A report for Assault Cause Bodily Injury and Criminal Mischief 1,500-20,000 was completed.

On Sunday, 10-02-2011 at 1338hrs reporting Officer J. Hayes #56 was dispatched to 315 W. Lee Ave. in reference to a theft of property. Upon arrival I met with the complainant, a Justin Rokus, who advised that he needed to report a theft of an automotive jack which was taken from 315 W. Lee on 09-30-2011 around 1100hrs with out his effective consent. The jack was valued at $180.00. A theft report was completed.

On this 2nd day of September 2011, Officer C. Rivas 68 responded to 1668 Remington Circle reference to a disturbance which stemmed from a vehicle being egged sometime during the night hours. I contacted, Shaella Tindol, a 20 yr old W/F, who stated that person(s) known to her, possibly caused damage to her vehicle. An incident report was filed.

On 10.01.2011 at approx 1100hrs, reporting officer C Brown #74 was dispatched to a criminal mischief at 309 Love St. Dennis Dierschenik advised unknown subject(s), without permission, between 1100hrs 09.30.2011 to 1100hrs this date had broken two lens covers for electric lights located in the bathrooms. Dierschnik estimated the damage to be between $30-$100. A report was taken

On Sunday 10-02-2011 at approximately 0130 hours I reporting officer (Tippie #42) observed a 1983 Silver Datsun 28X travelling in the 100 block of W. Russell St. East Bound displaying the wrong license plates on it. I stopped the vehicle for that violation in the 900 S. Sloan St. I made contact with the driver of the vehicle and identified him as, Rodney Franklin Clinkscale. During the traffic stop it was determined that Clinkscale's drivers license was invalid and he had a previous conviction for D.W.L.I (Driving While License Invalid). Clinkscale was arrested for Driving While License Invalid with a previous conviction and transported to the Parker County Jail. Clinkscale's vehicle was impounded by Ace's wrecker service. A report was made over this incident.

On October 2, 2011 I was dispatched to 1111 Fort Worth Hwy in reference to a fight in process. Upon arrival I met with a victim of the fight that was located at 1105 Fort Worth Hwy Apt C. The victim, a wm, had been struck several times with a baseball bat by 3 unknown males causing the victim pain. The suspects had left the scene prior to my arrival. A report for Aggravated Assault was taken.

On Saturday 09-18-2011 at approximately 2127 hrs. I reporting officer (Tippie #42) along with Ofc. Bramow and Ofc. Taber were dispatched to a loud noise disturbance at 711 Santa Fe in the north parking lot. Upon arrival we made contact with the four subjects the reportee called in on, three white males, one white female. During the initial approach to the vehicle to speak with the subjects, a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana was observed in plain view inside the vehicle and an investigation was conducted for the narcotics. Upon concluding the on scene portion of the investigation the marijuana was taken as evidence and a report was completed over the incident.

On 9/28/11 at approx: 12:30 pm. Julie L Konas (45) was transported from Mansfield LEC to 303 Palo Pinto in Weatherford,Texas. Subject was placed under arrest by Officer Gutierrez on outstanding warrant # 24000556-01 (Exp MVI) out of Weatherford Municipal Court. Subject was subsequenlty taken before the MC judge and booked into Parker County Jail.

On Thursday 09/29/11 at approximately 1215 hours Officer Stagner was dispatched to the Weatherford Police Department regarding a sexual assault. Officer Stagner met with a 47 year old white male who advised that when he was 8 years of age he was sexually assaulted by the father to another childhood friend. The complainant advised the sexual assault occured at a residence located in the 1100 block of W Ball ST. The complainant advised he desired prosecution.
