On 10/29/2011 at approximately 02:08 hrs Weatherford Police Officers Shelley and Watson were dispatched to respond to an unknown situation in the 800 block of East First St. Upon arrival Officers identified the caller / victim as Ocampo, Flora. Ocampo reported that her 20 yr old son had slapped her on the face with his hand which caused her pain. Ocampo, Jaime was placed under arrest for Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence and transported to the Parker County Jail.

On 10-29-2011 at 0735 Hrs I, Officer T.Wainscott #79 with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to the 500 blk of E Akard St on a Criminal Mischief call. I made contact with reportee, Johnny Sansom. Sansom advised that around 0130 hrs someone threw two bottles through his front window and one bottle at the residence putting a hole in the outside of the residence. Sansom did not know who did this, but he did wish to file charges for Criminal Mischief. The value of the damaged property was estimated at $200.00.

On Saturday, 10-29-2011 at 1109hrs reporting Officer (J. Hayes #56) was dispatched to 1300 Santa Fe Dr. in reference to a subject attempting to pass a forged check. Upon arrival it was determined that the check in question was a forgery and a Aaron K. Whitaker (b/m 06-18-1957) was arrested for forgery of a financial instrument.

10/27/11 Cpl. Wright and Officer Chris Brown responded to 310 N Main St in reference to a possible burglary in progress. On arrival Cpl. Wright met with the business owner Monte Brantley who advised that he had observed a white male subject asleep inside a Ford truck that was parked on his lot for sale. Further investigation revealed that the Sony stereo valued at $300.00 had been taken from the vehicle within the last week, without permission of the owner but the male was not involved in the offense. A report for burglary of a vehicle was taken.

10/27/11 Cpl. Wright was at 310 N Main on a burglary call and the reporting person observed a second burglary that had occurred on his property. Cpl. Wright met with Monte Brantley who advised that sometime between 10/20/11 and 10/27/11 Unknown person without consent of the owner, entered into the cab of his 1998 Mack truck and took without permission of the owner (1) Cobra CB radio and (1) Clarion CD player -stereo. A report for burglary of a vehicle was taken.

On 10/27/11 at approximately 1150 hours Officer Stagner was dispatched to a business in the 300 block of York St in reference to a burglary of a building. Officer Stagner met with the owner Marilyn Carter (w/f 59 y/o) who advised that on the previous night between 10/26/11 at 2130 hours and 10/27/11 at 0800 hours unknown person/s forced entry into her business and stole six bottles of water. Carter advised the persons entered her business without her permission and appropriated her property with the intent to deprive.

Incident: 100023200 On 10.26.2011 at approx 0800 while on routine patrol, I observed a red Cadillac sedan speeding in a school zone. I initiated a traffic stop on said vehicle at 1200 Jameson where I identified Nicolas Castro Jr by his TX issued ID Card as the driver. A records check showed Castro's ID to be invalid, suspension for driving while license invalid (DWLI) surcharges due. In addition, Castro had warrants out of Parker CO SO for DWLI, fail to appear and with Weatherford PD for expired motor vehicle inspection. Castro was taken into custody without incident. His vehicle was released to a family member.

On October 26, 2011, at approximately 1456 hrs, reporting officer, Tessa Vick, was dispatched to call a complainant in reference to Credit Card/Debit Card Abuse. I contacted the complainant, identified as Elsie Phillips, who said that sometime between January 1, 2011, and October 25, 2001, a known person had obtained her debit card and used it to remove money from her bank account without her permission. A report for Credit Card/Debit Card Abuse was taken.

On 10-26-2011 I (B Pool #69) was dispatched to the 200 block of N Waco St in reference to a theft call. Upon my arrival I made contact with the victim (Ancira Gonzalez) who advised an unknown person removed items from one of her two vehicles without her effective consent.

On Tuesday 10-25-11 at approximately 07:35 reporting officer (Vinson #26) observed a tan Chevy PU traveling S/B in the 1100 block of Jacksboro Graham Rd at 46 in a posted 30 mph zone. I attempted to initiate a traffic stop with the vehicle. The driver, Spencer Bennett, intentionally fled from me, a peace officer who was attempting to lawfully arrest or detain him. Spencer Bennett (w/m 18yoa) was arrested for Evading Arrest/Detention with Vehicle.

On Tuesday 10-25-2011 at approximately 2132 hrs. I reporting officer (Tippie #42) was dispatched to the 200 block of Harmon St. in reference to a burglary of a habitation. Upon arriving on scene, I made contact with the victim/ complainant, a Lori Cooper (w/f 40yoa). She advised me that a known person, had just kicked in her back door, assaulted her inside the residence, and then fled the scene. The victim advised she was pushed up against the wall, which did not cause her physical pain, but was unwanted and offensive contact.

On 10-24-11 at approx 0745 I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 1802 Santa Fe in reference to a theft. Upon my arrival I made contact with Debra Mask. Mask advised that 2 fuses that contained copper, had been taken from the electrical box on the rear of the building at approx 0530 hrs with out her permission. A report for theft of material less than 20,000 was taken.

On Monday, October 24, 2011, at 0825hrs, I, Ofc S. Chalmers 61, was dispatched to 1401 N Bowie Dr in Weatherford, Texas, in reference to a criminal trespass. When I arrived on scene, I met with the director of Safety and Security for the business who advised that unknown person(s) had damaged an office door in one of their buildings over the weekend. I was advised by the complainant that officers of the Weatherford Police Department had responded to an alarm at the business in the early morning hours of October 22, 2011, and had observed an exterior door was open. A report was taken for criminal trespass at this time as nothing is being reported as missing.

T. Trevino # 71 - On 10-24-2011 at approx 0855 hours, I was dispatched to the 1600 Block of Remington Circle in reference to an assault. I met with the complainant a 31 year old female who indicated that her 7 year old child had been punched in the upper torso, by an older WISD student, as he waited for the bus to pick him up for school. The complainant does wish to file charges against the person(s) responsible as they intentionally and knowingly caused bodily injury to a child. An assault (injury to a child) report was taken.

On 10-23-11 at approximately 0614 hours I, Officer D.L. Morton # 72, received a Burglary Motor Vehicle call at 204 W. Bridge # 7. Upon arrival at 204 W. Bridge # 7 I met with the complainant, Joseph Browne. Browne advised that between approximately 2230 hours on 10-22-11 and 0530 hours this date some unknown person or persons without his consent entered his unlocked Nissan Pathfinder that was parked in front of his apartment and stole a Black & Decker power converter and a Husky flashlight. A report was made.

On Sunday October 23, 2011 at about 8:45am, Sgt Rudolph, #35, met with a white male, Eugene Miller, at WPD in reference to a burglary of his vehicle that occurred over night while parked at his residence in the 100 block of Oakridge Terrace. Miller stated unknown person(s) removed items of little to no value from his white 1999 Dodge pickup without his effective consent and with intent to deprive him of the property. A report was made for burgalry of vehicle.

On 10-23-11 at approximately 1036 hours I, Officer D.L. Morton # 72, received a Burglary Vehicle call at 412 W. Josephine St. in reference to a GPS stolen out of the complainant's vehicle. Upon arrival at 412 W. Josephine St. at approximately 1048 hours I met with the complainant, Lori Bennett, who advised that sometime between approximately 2000 hours on 10-22-11 and approximately 1000 hours this date an unknown person or persons entered her unlocked Ford Expedition without consent and took a Garmin NUVI 200 GPS valued at $150.00. A report was made.

On, 10-18-11, I, Officer Meza, was dispatched to the 200 blk of S Main in reference to an accident. I made contact with the driver who was involved in the accident. He stated that he was distracted by his cell phone which caused him to strike an electric pole. During the investigation it was found that the driver was driving with an ineligible Texas driver license and had a previous conviction for DWLI. The driver was arrested for DWLI with previous conviction.

On 10-21-2011 I (B Pool #69) I observed a white 2001 Chevy Impala traveling west bound in the 500 block of E Park. This vehicle had no license plate lights and the right stop lamp was out. I Initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and identified the driver as Suzann Marie Moss. Moss had two active warrants for her arrest and was transported to Parker County Jail.

On 10-21-11, I, Officer Meza, initiated a traffic stop due to the vehicle having a defective tail lamp. I made contact with the driver, who stated that the vehicle did not have insurance. During the investigation it was found that the driver had an invalid driver license and it was confirmed that the vehicle did not have insurance. The driver was arrested for operating a motor vehicle in a public place with an invalid driver licence and no insurance.

On, 10-21-11, I, Officer Meza, was dispatched to the 1800 blk of S Main in reference to an intoxicated male subject. After making contact with the male subject it was determined that he was intoxicated. The male subject was arrested for being intoxicated in a public place.

10/21/11 Cpl. Wright was advised by dispatch to contact a complainant by phone in reference to a theft. Cpl. Wright contacted complainant Joshua Burton who is employed at the business located at 114 I-20 East. Burton advised that on 10/12/11 a known suspect left the business and did not pay his food bill totalling over $20.00. Arrangements were made for the suspect to return and pay the bill but he never did. A report for theft of service was made.

On 10-22-2011 I (B Pool #69) was dispatched to the 900 block of Duke St in reference to an unknown problem. I arrived on scene and made contact with the victim (Jesse Beltran) who advised two unknown male subjects assaulted him.

On Sat. 10/22/2011 at approximately 12:48 hrs.I,J.Hanna # 31 was dispatched to 900 Duke St. in Weatherford Tx. in reference to an Assault. I met with the complainant Andrea Tobar who advised that she was assaulted by an unidentified person. An assault report was made.

On 09.22.2011 at 0700, reporting officer C Brown #74 was dispatched to 1500 Arkansas Lane, Grand Prairie TXwhere I was advised they were holding Angela Davis from Arlington TX on a Weatherford Warrant #11252401 for Speeding in a Construction Zone. I took custody of Davis and transported her to Parker County Jail without incident.

On 10-22-2011 I was dispatched to the 100 block of W Third St in reference to threats being made. I arrived on scene and made contact with the victim (Dena Wallace) who advised a known person threatened her over the telephone and she was placed in fear of bodily injury.

On 10/15/2011 Weatherford Police Department Officers Watson and Corporal Goff were dispatched to respond to the 800 Block of Palo Pinto in reference to an assault. Buddy Parnell reported that his brother, Kyle Parnell, assaulted his common-law spouse by striking her in the face. Parnell attempted to stop him and was struck twice then pushed him onto a table. Parnell was arrested for 2 Counts of Assault Family Violence Causes Bodily Injury, and transported to the Parker County Jail.

On October 20, 2011, reporting officer, Tessa Vick, met with a complainant identified as Thomas Wayne Holman in the lobby of the Weatherford Police Department. Holman reported that sometime between October 19, 2011, at about 1100 hrs and October 20, 2011 at approximately 1100 hrs, unknown person(s) had obtained and fraudulently used his debit card information to obtain goods or services, without his consent. A report was made for Debit Card/ Credit Card Abuse.

On 10-20-11 at approx 1400 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 202 College Park Apt in reference to a domestic dispute. While en route I was advised that the actor had left the scene in a white Ford F-250. Upon my arrival I made contact with Kaylee Parum. Parum advised that she had been assaulted by her boyfriend prior to my arrival.

On Wednesday, October 19, 2011, at 1040hrs, I, Ofc S. Chalmers 61, was dispatched to 1305 N Main St #B in Weatherford, Texas, in reference to a burglary of a habitation. When I arrived on scene, I made contact with Mindy Parrish Thomas (41yoa wf). Thomas advised that sometime between 0900hrs on Monday, October 17, 2011, and 1241hrs on Tuesday, October 18, 2011, unknown person(s) entered her residence without her consent and took a Charter Cable TV box remote, valued at $50.00, and left the scene with the remote. A report was taken for Burglary of a Habitation and forwarded to CID for further investigation.

On Wednesday 10-19-2011 at approximately 2154 hours I reporting officer (Tippie #42) was dispatched to the Vine Street Apartment Complex located in the 1000 block of Vine St. in reference to an assault. Upon arriving on scene I made contact with the 23 year old w/m victim of the assault, and the actor in the assault, Philip Michael Miles a white male. It was determined during an investigation that Miles lives with his sister and the victim at the location some of the time and he assaulted the victim over an argument striking him with his fist multiple times. Miles was taken into custody for Assault causes bodily injury family violence. A report was made over the incident. End of narrative.
