11-07-2011 T. Trevino # 71 - On 11-07-2011 at approx 0826 hours I was dispatched to the 100 block of East Josephine in reference to an investigation. Upon arrival, I met with the complainant (w/m 23 yoa) who advised that unknown person(s) had operated his vehicle and had returned it to the general area without his permission. The complainant indicated that upon inspecting it, he found that stereo equipment and the automotive battery had been removed from the vehicle. The complainant did not know who may have operated his vehicle and removed his property and he wishes to file charges against the person(s) responsible as they intentionally and knowingly operated another's motor-propelled vehicle and they entered into the vehicle with the intent to commit a theft. An unauthorized use of a vehicle and burglary of a vehicle report was taken.

On 10-08-2011 at 7:48 Hrs I, Officer T.Wainscott #79, was dispatched to the 2000 blk of Santa Fe Dr. on a theft of fuel call. Upon arrival I spoke with Alfred Allen who advised that sometime between 10-07-2011 at 1900 hrs and 10-08-2011 at 0530 hrs someone took about 110 gallons of fuel, valued at $415, from his 2009 Volvo truck without his consent. Allen said that he will pursue charges for the theft.

11-03-2011 T. Trevino # 71 - On 11-03-2011 at approx 0722 hours I was dispatched to the 1400 block of South Main Street in reference to an investigation. Upon arrival, I met with the complainant who indicated that sometime between 1700 hours on Thursday,11-03-2011 and 0720 hours on Monday, 11-07-2011, unknown person(s) pried the lock from a 10' X 14' storage building which rests on the property. The complainant indicated that no items were taken but that 3 - 8" X 10" framed pictures (valued at $10.00 each) and 3 - 12" ceramic dolls (valued at $10.00 each) were damaged. The complainant does wish to file charges against the person(s) responsible as they intentionally and knowingly damaged or destroyed the tangible property of anther and without the owner's effective consent. A criminal mischief report was taken.

On 11-07-11 at approx 0730 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 521 W Bridge for criminal mischief. Upon my arrival, I made contact with Lynda Lanier. Lanier advised that between 11-06-11 at 2100 hrs and 11-07-11 at 0730 an unknown person caused damage to the storm door on the front of her residence. A report for criminal mischief was taken. Damage was estimated at $300.00.

Officer Warren, #57, was dispatched to speak with Majdi Abdel-Jalil who reported that an unknown suspect broke out a door window, in an attempt to make entry into his residence, 2400 Old Dennis Rd, Weatherford Texas, at approximately 1:50pm. The suspect then stole a bicycle in his flight from the residence. The suspect, Donald Orange 28 year old white male of Connecticut was arrested for a burglary warrant out of Fort Worth after a lengthy foot pursuit. Further charges are pending.

On 11-05-11 Todd A. Blackwell (W/M 34) of 201 Wellington Trl report a firearm stolen from his house by a known person sometime in the month of May of this year. A theft Report was competed.

On Saturday 11/05/11 at approximately 1730 hours Officer Stagner was dispatched to contact Suzanne Lewis (w/f 42 y/o) regarding a burglary of a motor vehicle. Lewis advised her white 2010 Toyota Corolla was burglarized on the previous night while it was parked in the driveway to her residence in the 200 block of Valley Ranch RD. Lewis advised unknown person/s entered her vehicle without her permission and appropriated property valued at $155 with the intent to deprive.

On Friday November 4, 2011 at about 12:30pm Sgt Rudolph, #35, spoke with Chris Mayfield who wanted to report his adult white male roommate for unknown reason(s) damaged the inside of their shared rent house in the 600 block of N Merrimac. Mayfield reported the roommate damged his tools, TV, entertainment center and window to Mayfield's bedroom without Mayfield permission. A report for criminal mischief was made.

On 11-4-11 at approximately 1327 hours officers responded to a minor accident in the 600 block of N. Main St. Upon arrival in the area officers located the vehicles and drivers involved in the accident on the parking lot at 705 N. Main St. The driver of a gold in color 1996 4 door Oldsmobile was identified as William Nelson Syck Jr. he was arrested for Driving While License Invalid. A report was made.

On Wednesday, November 2, 2011, at 1442hrs, I, Ofc S. Chalmers 61, was dispatched to area of the 410mm of west bound Interstate 20 in Weatherford, Texas, in reference to a reckless driver. While driving to the area, I was informed by a witness that a black, Chevrolet Silverado pickup was driving recklessly while driving north bound on E Bankhead. I was able to locate the pickup and perform a traffic stop after observing the vehicle almost have an accident at the intersection of Jack Borden Way and Fort Worth Hwy. The driver was identified as Homer Patrick Parks (38yoa wm) of Fort Worth, Texas. During the course of the investigation, Parks was determined to be intoxicated on prescription medication and placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Parker County Jail.

On 11-02-11 at approx 1645 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 1014 S Waco in reference to criminal mischief. Upon my arrival, I made contact with Jason Walker. Walker advised that a Hispanic male juvenile had rubbed dirt into the paint of his vehicle causing damage. A report for criminal mischief was taken.

On Sunday 10/09/2011 at approximately 22:47 hrs. I, J.Hanna # 31 was stopped at the light on the 1100 block of Palo Pinto St. I observed a juvenile female walking in the street yelling while she was talking on her cell phone. I made contact and she advised me that she had been assaulted at some apartments on Mineral Wells Hwy by other juveniles.

On Wednesday 11-02-11 at about 09:55 reporting officer (Vinson #26) observed a green Mitsubishi 4-dr traveling S/B in the 900 block of Santa Fe Dr with an expired inspection sticker. I initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and Ellen Gulley was identified as the driver. Gulley was found two have active warrant from two agencies. Gulley was arrested for a Theft by Check 20-500, and three Weatherford Municipal warrants (FMFR, Exp MVI, FMFR.)

On 11-2-11 at approx 1153 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 801 Santa Fe in reference to a theft. Upon my arrival I made contact with Rakeshkumar Patel. Patel advised that he worked at 809 Palo Pinto and on this date he discovered a 36 inch Auro brand TV, worth approx $348.00 to be missing from a room that had been rented the evening before. A theft report was taken.

On Tuesday, 11-01-2011 at approximately 0322 hours, I, Officer Matt B. Windham #67 was dispatched to the 900 block of Sylvia Drive, in reference to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle offense. Upon arrival, I met with the complainant who was verbally identified as Starla Ramirez. Ms. Ramirez advised that her Nissan Altima and her husband's Dodge Durango had been burglarized and that money was taken. A report was taken for the offense of Burglary of a Motor Vehicle.

On Tuesday, 11-01-2011 at approximately 0405 hours, I, Officer Matt B. Windham #67 observed a vehicle with its interior lights illuminated, in the 800 Sylvia Street. I made contact with the victim, who was verbally identified as Tamra Lee Baker. Ms. Baker reported that four packs of cigarettes were stolen from her 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. Ms. Baker did not permit anyone to enter her vehicle and remove the items. An offense report was taken for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle.

On Tues. 11/01/2011 at approximately 20:36 hrs. I, J.Hanna # 31 was dispatched to 713 E. Anderson St. in Weatherford Tx. in reference to an assault. I met with Martin James. He advised that his daughter was assaulted at Taco Casa on Monday 10/31/11.

On 10/27/2011, a juvenile student stole items from a teacher. The student stole food items from a refrigerator, and then stole Ipod headphones from her bag. The theft occurred in a classroom at Weatherford High School located at 2121 Bethel Rd. Weatherford, Texas 76086. The student was issued a citation for theft.

Monday 10-31-11 reporting officer (Hansen) talked with complainant Paul Neely who advised his Silver 1999 Honda Passport SUV bearing Temporary tag number 22G5399 was stolen from a motel in Weatherford by a black male subject that he had given a ride to from Fort Worth this morning. No further information. Neely does desire prosecution for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.

On Monday October 31, 2011 around 1pm, Sgt Rudolph, #35, was dispatched to 300 block of E Akard in reference to a man with a gun. Upon arrival it was determined a white male had knowingly pointed a semi auto pistol at his live in girlfriend causing her to fear for her life while they were in the residence. The boyfriend, identified as: Robert Michael Cox, 40 years old white male, was arrested for aggravated assault with deadly weapon, family member and was also found to be in possession of marijuana under 2 ounces. Cox was placed into PCSO jail on both charges.

On October 28, 2011 at approximately 1938hrs Corporal Goff was dispatched to 215 W. First in reference to an assault. Upon arrival the victims stated that two to four Hispanic males driving a white Ford Mustang had assaulted them with a pole (from a car jack) and a knife at the intersection of Lee and Waco. Also during the assault, one of the victim's Chevy Blazer was damaged causing approximately $750.00 worth of damage to the vehicle, by the unknown Hispanic males intentionally striking the vehicle with unknown objects. A report was made.

On Saturday 10/29/2011 at 1130hrs, I, Officer McCrory # 81, and Officer Chalmers #61 were dispatched to Love Street Park located at 309 Love Street in Weatherford, Texas, in reference to a theft. A city employee was contacted at the park who advised that a park table, valued between $500 to $750, was taken between October 23, 2011, and today. Report was taken for theft.

On 10-30-11, at about 1300 jours, I (Officer T. Johnson 19) was dispatched to meet Judith Williams who lives at 970 Hilltop Dr, in reference to money being stolen from her purse sometime the previous weekend. A Theft Report was completed.

On Friday 10-28-2011, Officer E. Warren met with a white female in the lobby of the Weatherford Police Department in reference to a domestic disturbance. The white female indicated that she had been assaulted at a residence in the 1200 block of Liberty St on Friday 10-28-2011 between 0130 hours and 0330 hours, by a known suspect. An offense report was taken for assault family violence.

On 10-28-11 at approx 1700 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 102 W Park for an assault. Upon my arrival I made contact with a white male juvenile. He advised that a white male and female approached him while he was pumping gas. When the white male called him by name, the victim looked up and at that time he was struck in the face. After falling to the ground, the white male and female began to kick him. The victim advised that the punch and kicks caused him pain. A report for assault cause bodily injury was taken.

On Friday 10-28-2011 at approximately 17:47 hours reporting officer (Taber 77) was dispatched to the 1100 block of W. Spring St. in reference to a theft. On arrival I met with the complainant, Frank Martin. Martin advised that on Friday 10-28-2011 sometime between 07:00 and 13:00 hours, an unknown person/s stole a bicycle from the front porch of his residence with the intent to deprive the owner of his property. Martin advised the bicycle was a black in color BMX bike valued at approximately $100.00. A report was made for theft over $50.00 under $500.00.
