On 08/22/11 Officer Stagner was dispatched to the WPD regarding a subject in custody. Officer Stagner took custody of Isaiah Demarcus Roberts (b/m 18 y/o). A record check on Roberts indicated he had a warrant for Aggravated Robbery from the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office. Roberts was arrested and transported to PCJ.
The FBI Recently Launches Its Child ID App

Recently, the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) launched its new Child ID App for the I-Phone. This application can be downloaded to your phone and provides a convenient place to electronically store photos and vital information about your children. You can show the pictures and provide physical identifiers such as height and weight to security or police officers immediately in the event a child goes missing. It also allows you to quickly and easily e-mail the information to authorities. The application also provides tips on keeping your children safe as well as specific guidance on what to do in those first few crucial hours after a child goes missing.
On Saturday, August 20, 2011 I was dispatched to 202 E Church St., Weatherford, Parker County, Texas in reference to a threatening text message. When I arrived I spoke with the complainant, Benjamin Michael Justice (w/m 25yoa), who told me the message was sent about a month and a half ago by a person known to him. The message was sent with the intent to annoy and alarm Justice. A harassment report was made for this incident.
On Saturday, August 20, 2011 I, Ofc. D. Feare #59, was dispatched to 202 E Church St., Weatherford, Parker County, Texas in reference to a window of a van that had been broken. When I arrived I made contact with the complainant, Latosha Nacoe Yancey (w/f 25yoa), who is resident there and the van owner. Yancey showed me the van, which is a green 2003 Kia Sedona. She said this was done by an unknown person(s) sometime between the approximate times of 22:00 last night and 11:20 this morning. It was estimated it would cost $500 to replace with window. A criminal mischief report was made for this incident.
On 08-19-11 at approx 0821 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 109 W Lee in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon my arrival I observed a white male juvenille standing on the front porch staring at the front door. As I approached the juvenille he began to punch the glass out of the front door. The juvenille was detained and later issued a citation for criminal mischief. He was then released to a family member.
On Tuesday 08-16-2011 Officer E. Warren spoke with Luther Oliver (w/m 69yoa) at the Weatherford Police Department in reference to two forged checks. Mr. Oliver reported that he was notified by his bank that two checks, counterfeit, had been processed, but not cashed, sometime between 08-01-2011 and 08-15-2011. A forgery report was taken.
On 08-15-11 at approx 1045 hrs I,Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 1012 Duke St in reference to a civil standby. While on scene it was discovered that Melissa Ford (w/f 32yoa) had a warrant for her arrrest out of WPD for DWLI. Ford was taken into custody for that warrant.
On 08.14.2011 at 1400 reporting Officer C Brown #74 was dispatched to 317 College Ave, Apt #1 to meet with Anthony "Stephen" Walden (w/m 53yoa), a white male regarding a known person making verbal threats to cause serious bodily injury to him. A report was made.
On 08.14.2011 at approx 1600hrs reporting officer C Brown, #74 was dispatched to 122 W Water St in reference to a theft. I met with the witness who reported an unknown subject took without permission, merchandise having a retail value of at least $8.25 and left the area without attempting to pay, depriving the business of it's property. A report was taken.
On Saturday 08/13/11 at approximately 0130 hours Officer Stagner was dispatched to a commercial business at 414 Palo Pinto St regarding a theft. Upon arrival Officer Stagner met with business representative David Garris (w/m 59 y/o) who advised at exactly 0747 hours an unidentified Hispanic male drove a black Ford Ranger up next to his delivery vehicle and siphoned $75.80 worth of fuel from his vehicle. Garris advised his property was appropriated without his consent with the intent to deprive. Garris advised he desired prosecution.
