11-16-2011 T. Trevino # 71 - On 11-16-2011 at approximately 1527 hours I was dispatched to the 100 Block of Black Forest Drive in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I met with two individuals, one of which held valid Parker County Sheriff's Office warrants. Robert Fonseca (w/m dob 12-18-1961) was placed under arrest for the warrants and transported to the Parker County Jail where he was released to jail staff.

On 11-16-11 at approx 1700 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 303 Palo Pinto to take Varona Hamel into custody for WPD warrants. Hamel was taken into custody and transported to the Parker Co Jail.

On 11-17-2011 at 1158 hrs I, Officer T.Wainscott #79 with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to 801 Santa Fe Dr. (Weatherford Police Department) to contact the complainant by public service in regards to a burglary of vehicle call. I contacted a Kendall Hamlin who advised that sometime from September to today's date 11-17-2011, Hamlin had her semi automatic Springfield XD 40 caliber pistol, valued at $500.00 dollars, taken from the trunk of her 2006 Mazda M6I. Hamlin said that she has not given anyone permission to take the pistol and she does wish to pursue charges at this time.

On 11-17-11 at approx 1210 hrs I, Ofc Beniak, was dispatched to 122 I-20 E in reference to a theft. Upon my arrival I met with Loss Prevention Officer Jeremy Cohn. Cohn advised that he needed to file additional charges on an individual who had been arrested on 11-15-11. The information and evidence was taken and a theft report was completed.

1100024688 On 11-16-2011 at 0810 Hrs I, Officer T.Wainscott #79 with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to the 700 blk of Van Winkle St. on a suspicious persons call. While in route I saw a white male walking from the area. Upon arrival the complainant advised that the suspicious male had left area. The complainant's description of man fit the description of the man I saw leaving the area. I stopped the man at 1000 Jameson St. and identified him as Justin Pierce. Pierce had a Parker County warrant for his arrest for Theft 50 to 500. I placed Pierce under arrest and he was booked into the Parker County jail with out incident.

11-16-2011 T. Trevino # 71 - On 11-16-2011 at approximately 0836 hours I was dispatched to the 1900 Block of Old Dicey Road in reference to a theft. Upon arrival, I met with the complainant (w/m 36 yoa) who advised that sometime between 1900 hours on 11-15-2011 and 0700 hours on 11-16-2011 unknown person(s) cut and removed approximately 490' of heavy duty electrical wire from the construction site. The complainant indicated that the total value of the copper wire taken was approximately $965.00. The complainant did not know who may have taken the wire and he does wish to file charges against the person(s) responsible as they intentionally and knowingly appropriated the property of another with the intent to deprive the owner of the property and without the owner's effective consent. A theft report (copper) was taken.

On 15 November 2011 at approximately 1630hrs, reporting officer C Brown #74 was dispatched to 122 East IH-20 in reference to a shoplifters in the store. Loss prevention supervisor, Jeremy Cohn advised he had observed a white male, later identified as Terry Curtis Greer conceal jewellery and cologne valued at $169.35 while in the store. Greer then passed all points of sale without making an attempt to pay for the items, depriving the business of it's merchandise. Greer was given a trespass warning from the store, transported to PCSO jail and booked for theft of property $50>$500.

On Tuesday, 11-15-2011 at approximately 2344 hours, I, Officer Matt B. Windham #67 were dispatched to 1800 block of S. Main Street (Walmart Supercenter) in reference to a theft offense. Upon arrival, I made contact with the complainant who was identified as Roy Henze. Mr. Henze advised that he had observed two females depriving property from Walmart. Ashley Mclin and Mary Mclin were both arrested and issued citations. A offense report was taken for the offense of Theft Under $50.00.

On 11/14/11 at approximately 0540 hours Officer Stagner and Officer Lamb were dispatched to the 1800 Blk of Santa Fe Dr in reference to a burglary of a commercial building. Upon arrival the officers were met with Debra Mask (w/f 55 y/o) who advised that the building had been broken into. Mask advised an unknown subject without consent forced entry into the building with the intent to commit theft.

Monday 11-14-11 reporting officer (Hansen) met with complainant John Bacon who lives in Weatherford, Texas. He advised that a known suspect had been using his debit card to pay her cable bill. He does wish to prosecute for debit card abuse. No further information.

On 11/14/11 Officer B. Stagner and Officer D. Lamb responded to a civil issue in the 2000 Blk of Ft Worth Hwy. Upon arrival the officers were met with two Hispanic males 37 Y/O and 51 Y/O. The two complainants then advised that their vehicle had been taken from the 1000 Blk of Water St without their permission. The vehicle was taken on the night of 11/12/11.

I am Officer J. Welborn 58 and I am assigned to WISD as a school resource officer. On Monday 11/14/2011 I was on duty at Weatherford High School located at 2121 Bethel Rd. Weatherford, Texas 76086. I was advised that a crime stoppers tip came in that stated that a female juvenile student was in possession of marijuana. A check of the student revealed that the student was in possession of marijuana and was arrested.

18 year-old arrested on local burglary charges

Blake Kenneth Dietrich, 18, of Aledo, was arrested Thursday night, Nov. 10, after being caught attempting to enter Hall’s Aledo Medicine Store.

Parker County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a burglary in progress call about 11:30 p.m. Sheriff Larry Fowler said Dietrich was discovered by Sheriff’s deputies and Willow Park Police officers in the 600 block of North FM 1187, around 11:30 p.m., attempting to enter the pharmacy through a rear window.

Willow Park officers reported Dietrich was standing on the hood of his black Jeep Wrangler with his hands inside a broken window, attempting to enter the building.

Two cash registers and an automatic rifle were found in the passenger seat of Dietrich’s jeep.

Officers reported that Dietrich implicated himself in four additional burglaries committed that same evening in the same shopping strip and area.

Dietrich told officers he intended to steal opiate-type medications to sell when officers apprehended him.

Dietrich was arrested on five counts of burglary of a building and one count of fraudulent use/possession of identifying information. His total bond was set at $45,000. As of Monday afternoon, Dietrich remained incarcerated at the Parker County Jail.

On November 12, 2011 at approximately 0336 I initiated an investigatory traffic stop in the 200 block of N Brazos on a white Nissan Stanza that left a closed business. Upon contacting the driver I detected a strong odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle. S.F.S.T.'s were attempted on the driver and the subject, a Filiberto Ramos-Garcia, wm, was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated. He was transported to Parker County Jail where he was booked into the jail for Driving While Intoxicated >=0.15.

On, Sunday, November 13, 2011 at 1210 hrs, Officer Chalmers and I were dispatched to a business located at 225 Adams Dr. in reference to theft. I arrived to the business where I met with the witness/store manager who advised that two juvenile females had selected, concealed, and exited the business without paying for items valued at $99.95. During the investigation, it was discovered that the juveniles were also suspected of shoplifting from the same business earlier in the week. Both juveniles were placed under arrest and transported to the Weatherford Police Department for processing. After contacting the Parker County Juvenile Probation Office, both juveniles were released to their parents. Theft reports for the prior thefts were completed and forwarded to CID for further investigation.

On Saturday, November 12, 2011 at approximately 0914 hrs, I, Officer McCrory (#81) was driving in the 1300 block of W Water St. when I observed graffiti on the retaining wall of a residence home on the 1300 block of W Water St. I spoke with the owners of the residence who stated that late last night around 2230hrs owner saw a red car following him in a rage and pulled over a few blocks down causing a scene. A report was made for graffiti under $500.00.

On 11-12-11 at approximately 1919 hours I, Officer J. Young #80, was dispatched to the 1900 block of Wall in reference to someone smelling marijuana smoke coming from a room. Upon my arrival I contacted a white male and he allowed me to enter and search the room. The suspect, Emmemae Moya, was found to be in possession of marijuana under to ounces. Emmemae was arrested and a report for possession of marijuana under 2 ounces was made.

On Friday, November 11, 2011 at approximately 0917 hrs, I, Officer McCrory (#81), was dispatched to 506 sweetwater Dr., Weatherford, Texas, 76087 in reference to a Burglary of a Vehicle. On arrival I met with the complainant who advised that sometime between 11-10-2011 at 1800 and 11-11-2011 at 0800 an unknown person/s broke into his vehicle and took a Mac Book Pro laptop computer, a Garmin GPS, a Fox backpack that contained the laptop computer and a Glock-19 firearm. A report was made for theft of property greater than $500 but less than $20,000 due to a firearm being taken and a total amount of $3,295.

On, Friday, November 11, 2011 at approximately 1105 hrs, I, Officer McCrory (#81) was dispatched to 411 S. Main St., Weatherford, Texas 76086, in reference to a theft. On arrival at 1107 hrs I met with the complainant, Kathy Holladay (w/f 43yoa), who advised me that she noticed a white female acting suspicious and followed her around and thought she had taken some items and placed them in her purse. The suspect was caught on surveillance and a report was made for theft $50-$500 with the intent to deprive the owner of the property without the owner's effective consent.

At approximately 1600 hrs on 11/9/11 Officer B. Stagner and Officer D. Lamb were patrolling the 300 block of College Park Dr. Officer Lamb effected a traffic stop in the 1900 block of Martin DR with a silver 2000 Hyundai Elantra for having an expired motor vehicle registration. The driver, who was identified as Naeem Abdullah (b/m 19 y/o), had multiple traffic warrants out of Hudson Oaks. Abdullah was arrested and transported to Parker County Jail.

On Thursday November 10, 2011 at about 7:50am, Sgt Rudolph, #35 was dispatched to 238 Rentz Place Circle in reference to a hit and run accident that possibly occurred over night between 7pm Wednesday evening and 7am this date. The complainant, Kevin Gary, stated unknown person(s) struck his white 2002 Acura 2 door on the back right passenger side causing over 200.00 in damage. There are no witnesses or susepct(s) at this time. Gary stated the required information was not left on his vehicle making this a criminal offense of F/T ID @ Accident Scene. A report was made.

On 11.10.2011 at approximately 1155hrs, I officer C Brown #74 was dispatched to a hit and run accident on the east side of Courthouse Square. Diana Wallace reported that an unknown silver four door sedan being driven by a black male subject struck her vehicle and then fled the scene. Wallace sustained minor damage to her vehicle. A report was taken.

On Wednesday November 9, 2011 at about 1:30pm Sgt Rudolph, #35, was dispatched to the 1200 block of Mineola in reference to harassing phone calls. Sgt Rudolph spoke with Goldie Baldwin who stated she has been receiving unwanted phone calls from an unknown male at her residence. Baldwin stated she is intimidated and annoyed by the calls, a report was made.

At approximately 18:01 hours this date, Reporting Officer J. Shelley - 63, was dispatched to 1712 Martin Dr. to contact Mr. Olen Arey of that address regarding theft of a fishing rod and reel and ice chest from his residence. Arey reported that sometime between the hours of 18:00 hours on 11/08/2011 and 10:00 hours on 11/09/2011, unknown person(s) took an Abu-Garcia fishing reel, a Shakespere Ugly Stick fishing rod and an Igloo ice chest from the patio area of his residence without his permission. Arey advised the approximate value of the items was $195.00 A report for theft was taken.

On 11-9-2011 I (B Pool #69) was dispatched to the 100 block of S Tower in reference to a domestic disturbance. I arrived on scene and the victim (Lisa Gomez) advised a known person assaulted her by striking her on her face.
