"On 07.16.2012 at approximately 1630hrs reporting officer C Brown #74 was dispatched to 900 N Main in reference to an automobile accident. One party of the accident identified as Colton Davis of Weatherford was determined to have capias pro fine warrants out of Weatherford Municipal Court, Davis was taken into custody.

On 7-17-12 at approximately 1024 hours I, Officer J. Young #80, was dispatched to the police department in reference to a credit card abuse case. Upon my arrival I contacted the complainant John Dixon by phone. Dixon told me that his business (located in the 1500 block of Ft Worth Hwy) debit card had been stolen. Dixon said that approximately $1000 dollar had been taken out of the account for nonbusiness related purchases. A Credit / Debit Card Abuse case was written.

On Tuesday, 07-17-2012 at 1225hrs I (Sgt. J. Hayes #56) was dispatched to a vehicle westbound on Fort Worth Hwy which had possibly just been involved in a drug transaction. The Silver Ford Explorer was located and a traffic stop was made due to a traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle was identified as a Kerri Michelle Scroggins (w/f 28yoa) and through further investigation it was determined that she had outstanding Parker County warrants and was driving on a suspended license. Scroggins was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction and for the outstanding warrants.

"On 7-16-12 at approximately 0854 hours I, Officer J. Young #80, was dispatched to the area of 900 Santa Fe in reference to an intoxicated subject. When I arrived in the area I noticed a male subject matching the description given by dispatch. I contacted the person as he was walking in the street and noticed the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his person. The subject identified himself as William Carlisle. Carlisle was in a public place intoxicated and walking down the street creating a danger to himself. Carlisle was arrested and transported to Parker County Jail for

On Monday 7/16/12 at approximately 0934 hours Officer Stagner was dispatched to a business located in the 900 block of Palo Pinto Street in reference to a theft in progress. The complainant advised the suspect pushed him numerous times attempting to pass by him to leave after the suspect had selected items that were for sale from display and had intentionally walked past all points of sale in an attempt to deprive the owner of his property. Johnny McKee was arrested for Theft under $50 and for Class C Assault-by Physical Contact. The complainant advised McKee intentionally made physical contact with him when he should know that the physical contact would be considered

"On 07/14/2012 at about 1333 hours, Sergeant Whitford (I) was dispatched to an assault call in the 900 block of Jameson Street. Upon arrival I was met by the complainant, a 37 year old white female who stated that her 21 year old son assaulted her at the 100 block of West Second Street causing her pain. A report was taken.

On Sunday, July 15, 2012 at approx. 0730hrs, I, Ofc. Robert Johnson, was dispatched to 222 Allen St., Weatherford, Parker County, Texas in reference to a suspicious person investigation. Upon arrival Officers met with repartee who advised a white male, later identified as Keith Wade Hughes Jr, was in his fenced back yard without permission. Officers made contact with Hughes and and he was subsequently placed under arrest for public intoxication and transported to the Parker County Jail. An arrest report for public intoxication was made for this incident.

On Sunday 07/14/2012, at approximately 11:15, I, Officer J. Welborn # 58 was dispatched to Love Street Park located at 309 Love St. Weatherford, Texas 76086 in reference to criminal mischief. Upon arrival I met with a city employee, Dennis Bierschenk who reported that sometime between Saturday and Sunday, unknown suspect/s kicked holes in the wall of the mens side of the bathroom. A report was made for criminal mischief.

"On Saturday July 14, 2012 at approx 1702hrs Reporting Officer, A. Taylor #46, was dispatched to 1836 S. Main St Weatherford Tx 76086, in reference to a shoplifter in custody. Upon arrival Reporting Officer learned Charles Andrew Delarosa had unlawfully appropriated $248.50 worth of merchandise without the consent of the business. Delarosa also provided a false or fictitious name to Reporting Officer. Delarosa was arrested for Theft $50-$500 and Fail to ID Give False/Fictitious Name. Delarosa was placed in the Parker County Jail.

On Saturday, 07/14/12 at approximately 7:00 p.m., I, Officer McCrory #81 was dispatched to a business located in the 1800 block of S Main in reference to a theft. Dispatch advised three subjects had just stolen some items belonging to the business and left on foot. I arrived on scene and was able to locate one of the subjects, Samantha Tolen. The complainant advised Tolen stole several food items; valued at $12.71 with the intent to deprive the owner of the property and without the owner's effective consent. Tolen was arrested and released with a citation for theft under $50. A

"On Wednesday July 11, 2012 at about 21:46 reporting officer (Vinson #26) was dispatched to a fight call in the 100 block of IH 20 W. Upon arrival officers determined that one of the subjects involved left the scene. The subject, Guillermo Molina W-M 11-15-1993, was located in the 1900 block of S Main St. Molina, a minor, was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Guillermo Molina was cited and arrested for Minor in Consumption.

On 7-12-12 at approximately 0721 hours I, Officer J. Young #80, was dispatched to the 2300 block of Fort Worth Hwy in reference to a criminal mischief. Upon my arrival I contacted the reportee Paul Simpson. Simpson told me that a window on the east side of his business had been broken out some time between 1730 hours on 7-11-12 and 0700 on 7-12-12. Simpson did not see anything missing from inside or outside the store. A criminal mischief report was made.

07-12-12 Cpl. Wright was dispatched to a business in the 1800 block of S Main St. in reference to a theft. On arrival Cpl. Wright met with employee Amy Whelchel. Whelchel advised that at approximately 9:20am this morning, an unknown white male in his twenties, placed $42.00 worth of grocery product in a cart and passed through all points of sale without attempting to pay for the items. The unknown suspect ran on foot from the location after loss prevention made contact with him at the front of the business. A report was made.

"On 07-11-12 at approx 0900 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was traveling South in the 600 blk of North Main St when I observed a black Ford pickup truck fail to come to a complete stop at the stop sign at W Water and N Main St. I initiated a traffic stop and identified the driver as Justin Magee w/m 22 yoa. Magee's drivers license was shown to be suspended. Magee was taken into custody for DWLI.

On 07/11/2012 at approximately 1650 hours, I, Officer T Seaton (#82) was dispatched to Weatherford Police Department Lobby, in reference to theft. Upon arrival I made contact with Shelby Sewell. She stated that on 07/09/2012, between the hours of 1200 and 1400 hours, a known person stole $262.00 of loose change and other items from the 2200 Trevor Dr, Weatherford, Texas. A theft of property report was made.

On July 12, 2012 at approximately 1923 I, Ofc. T. Bramow 78 was dispatched to the PD in reference to a theft. I contacted a Michelle Mellon, wf, who advised me that on the previous date her catalytic converter had been taken from her vehicle while it was parked in the 100 block of E I-20. A report for theft 500-1500 was taken.

On 11-21-2011 at 0806 hrs I, Officer T.Wainscott #79 with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to 1100 blk of Storybrook Ln. Weatherford TX on a criminal mischief call. Upon arrival Jeremy Steward advised that on 11-19-2011 around 2130 hrs he found the front door of a new construction home kicked in, and a hole kicked in the wall of the kitchen. Steward also advised that the new construction home next door had the garage outside light busted out. Steward valued the damage to be $550.00 dollars. Steward said that no one had permission to be on the property or to damage the property. Steward does wish to pursue charges for the criminal mischief.

11-21-2011 T. Trevino # 71 - On 11-21-2011 at approximately 0907 hours I was dispatched to the 1000 block of Fort Worth Highway in reference to a theft. Upon arrival, I met with the complainant (w/m 45 yoa) who advised that sometime between 1900 hours on Sunday, 11-20-2011 and 0530 hours on Monday, 11-21-2011 unknown person(s) had removed his property (2011 white cargo trailer) from the parking lot of his business. The complainant did not know who may have taken his property and he does wish to file charges against the person(s) responsible as they intentionally and knowingly appropriated the property of another with the intent to deprive the owner of the property and without the owner's effective consent. A theft report was taken.

On 11-19-11 at approximately 1319 hours I, Officer D.L. Morton # 72, received a Criminal Mischief call at 2414 Ft. Worth Highway. Upon arrival at 2414 Ft. Worth Highway I met with the complainant, Donald Kinnamore, who advised that sometime between approximately 1200 hours on 11-13-11 and 1200 hours this date an unknown person or persons without consent damaged several structures on the property. Kinnamore advised that the suspects took metal siding, three aluminum framed windows, electrical wiring, two water well submersible pumps and an above ground pump, a stainless steel water softener, and three house trailer axles. At the time of the report the total value of loss was undetermined. A report was made.

On Saturday, 11-19-11, at approximately 2345hrs, Officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of Remington Circle Weatherford, Texas in reference to several juvenile subjects attempting to open doors to vehicles in the area. Officers arrived on scene and located two male juveniles who were in the area. Both male juveniles denied any involvement in opening any vehicles. Both juvenile males admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. The 16 year old black male juvenile was issued a citation for Minor in Consumption of Alcohol and was released to his mother. The 14 year old white male juvenile was issued a citation for Minor in Consumption of Alcohol and was also released to his guardian. At the time of report, there were no victims to any vehicle burglaries. No further Information.

Officer Lamb was dispatched to a busniess located at the 2100 Clearlake RD where he located Wayne Allen White (W/M, 55 y/o). Lamb observed White to have a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his person. An investigation was completed and White was found to be a danger to himself and the public. White was then arrested for Public intoxication.

On 11/18/2011 at about 1934 hours, Sergeant Whitford (I) was dispatched to an assault at 1836 South Main. Upon arrival I was met by the victim a 20 year old White Female who stated an unknown Black Male driving an unknown Black SUV attempted to run over in the parking lot of Wal Mart.

110024918 On, 11-19-11, I, Officer Meza 47, was dispatched to the 600 blk of Eureka, in reference to a possible assault. Contact was made with the home owner of the residence, Martha Garcia (w/f 43yoa), who stated that her daughter informed her that her youngest son struck her in the face. The victim was laying on the couch unconscious and unresponsive. The victim had blood on her face and had possibly been consuming alcohol. The complainant was taken to Harris Hospital in Fort Worth. While Officers were still at the location the brother/ actor of the victim was observed walking on Eureka back to his residence. The actor who is a juvenile was cited for public intoxication minor, and released to his mother. He could face additional charges in the future once the investigation concludes.

At approximately 1630 hrs on 11/18/11 Officer Johnson received a complaint by phone from Jennifer Elizabeth Carter (W/F 33 Y/O) the owner of a business in the 100 Blk of N. Main needing to report a theft. Carter reported that a white female had taken a pair of boots worth approximately $262.00. Carter advised that the boots were taken without her consent. Carter advised that the boots were recovered outside the business. A report was made for theft over 50 under 500.

11/19/11 Cpl. Wright was dispatched to 2605 E Bankhead in reference to a theft call. On arrival Cpl. Wright met with the victim, Ehab Gorban. Gorban stated that today at around 11:10am unknown person(s) without consent of the owner, took without permission his cell phone valued at $200.00 from the bathroom area of the business. A report for theft was taken.

On Saturday, 11-19-2011 at approximately 1901 hours, I, Officer Matt B. Windham #67 was notified by an unknown concerned citizen, about a driver of 2010 Orange Chevrolet Camaro pointed a laser pointer at passing motorist. I made contact with the suspect vehicle and found that the driver of the vehicle was in possession of the laser pointer. The laser pointer was confiscated and the driver was issued two citations. A report was taken for the offense.
