Lord’s Acre

Annetta United Methodist Church will holds its Lord’s Acre celebration from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22. A chili lunch with dessert and drink will be available for $7 ($5 for children 5-12). The event will feature baked goods, crafts, children’s activities, and silent and live auctions. The church is located at 2836 West FM 5 in Annetta.

125 Year Anniversary

Annetta United Methodist Church will have its 125th Anniversary on Saturday, May 21 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be a bbq lunch, a plaque will be put up, the bell (a gift from a lady from Palastine) will be dedicated, the new building will be dedicated, and the playground will be dedicated to a former pastor. Everyone is invited.
