The Weatherford/Parker County Animal Shelter will have its first “Meet Your Match” day from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 9 at the shelter located at 403 Hickory Lane in Weatherford. There will be a free hotdog lunch, goody bags and an introduction to the available animals. As a promotion, adoptions will be $75 for female dogs, $70 for male dogs, and $45 for all cats on Saturday, June 9 only.
