The Gardeners' Club of Parker County will meet at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 11, at St. Francis Church, 117 Ranch House Road, Willow Park for the final open meeting of the season. The program for April is a hands-on "dish plant" project. The Club will have some supplies and participants will supply others. The meeting will include a plant swap. The March meeting of the Gardeners' Club of Parker County will take place at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 8, at St. Francis Church, 117 Ranch House Road, Willow Park. The March program will be presented by Dr. Mark Funderburk, landscape architect and president of Land Patterns,

The Gardeners Club of Parker County will hold its first meeting of the new year at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 13 at St. Francis Church, 117 Ranch House Road, Willow Park. Homer Babbit will be the featured speaker and his talk will be on rain barrels. Homer is an expert on this subject. After the program, refreshments will be served before a short meeting.

Steve Chaney, Tarrant County Agrilife Extension Agent and coordinator for Master Gardeners in Tarrant County will speak on garden design and plant management at the April meeting of the Gardeners' Club of Parker County. The meeting will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 12 at St Francis Church, 117 Ranch House Road in Willow Park. After a short meeting, a plant exchange will take place.
