Six health science students recently represented Aledo High School at the HOSA state competition at the Kalahari Resort in Round Rock.
Kamryn Kupper was a state qualifier in Sports Medicine.
Addison Redifer was a state qualifier in Research Poster.
The team of Petey Montoya, Lanham Watts, Audrey Hood, and Taylor Smith placed in the Top 10 for Public Health.
HOSA is a global student-led organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services and several federal and state agencies. HOSA’s mission is to empower HOSA-Future Health Professionals to become leaders in the global health community, through education, collaboration, and experience.
