The Annetta North City Council will hold a Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Annetta Methodist Church, Farm Road 5, Annetta, Texas on Tuesday April 10, 2007. This is an open meeting, open to the public, subject to the open meeting laws of the State of Texas.

Discussion concerning possible amendments to the zoning code (Ordinance # 2003-1) with regard to nonconforming uses and creation of subsection to allow for specific use permits for nonconforming uses locations, and additional amendments regarding nonconforming lot sizes. 2) Discussion and possible regarding Resolution 2007-2- A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN ANNETTA NORTH, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING A POLICY OF DEVELOPMENT AND COMPREHENSIVE GOALS.
