Parker Paws will have a fundraiser from 12-5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 1 during Christmas on the Square in downtown Weatherford. Parker Paws merchandise will be sold to help fund their many programs, including fostering and rescuing pets.

Parker Paws will have a puppy adoption event and vaccination clinic from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 10 at Bowie Drive Animal Hospital in Weatherford. Shepherd mix puppies from a litter born at the clinic in August will be available for adoption. Dr. Buchanan will also have a vaccination clinic from 12-2 p.m. For directions call 817-599-6000.

Parker Paws will participate in the semi-annual Belk Charity Sale from 6-10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 3 at Belk in Weatherford. The Belk Charity Sale is dedicated to supporting local non-profits. Parker Paws will sell 200 tickets for $5. Customers who purchase the tickets will receive 20-70 percent off Belk purchases during the four hour sale in addition to applying the $5 ticket price to their purchase. Tickets purchased at Belk on the day of the sale with in-store ticket revenues will be equally divided among the participating charities. On the morning of the sale, the first 100 customers will receive a Belk gift card ranging in value from $5-$1000.
