Beatrice Knapik
Beatrice was born January 1, 1931 to the late George and Ethel Mason DeLong in Wyandotte, Michigan. Her laughter and joy will be dearly missed.

Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Thomas A. Knapik; sons, Thomas M. Knapik and wife Linda, Stephen Knapik and wife, Daralyn; daughters, Susan Graves and husband, Thomas, Sharon Knapik; grandchildren, Amanda and Ashley Graves, Jenna, Erin and Tyler Knapik; and great grandson, Landon Winton.

He was born on May 21, 1935 to Joel Oliver and Bessie Mae Mahana in Caddo, Oklahoma. He had one brother, Troy Mahana and one sister, Betty Arrington. He graduated from Durant High School and was retired from General Motors in Arlington, Texas. He married Thelma Redmond February 17, 1959.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother.

Survivors include his wife; son, Joel Glenn Mahana; two grandchildren Thomas Mahana and Cheyenne Mahana; sister and husband, Richard, and their son Kevin, his brother’s family; Brent Mahana and wife, Cindy; Susan Massenburg and husband, Bill; Gail Meek and husband, Jim; Lori Skelton, Tracy Henry and husband, Mike, their mother Wanda McWilliams and husband Hank, three great nephews, four great nieces, three great, great nephews, one great, great niece and all his many cousins and special friends.

Mack Darryl McEndree

He was born December 11, 1940 in Arvin, California, a resident of Weatherford for several years. He was retired aircraft supervisor from Lockheed Martin and member of the South Main Church of Christ. Mack enjoyed collecting antique lamps, going to garage sales and gardening.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Carolyn McEndree and his parents Marion and Lily McEndree.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara McEndree of Weatherford; daughters, Darla Johnson and husband, Tim of Willow Park, Kim Boone and husband, Allen of Millsap; son, Darryl McEndree and wife, Erin of Millsap; step son, Kevin Hawley and wife, Joyce of Lompac, California; sisters, Joan Martin of Las Cruces, New Mexico and Janis Button of Tucson, Arizona; brothers, Charles McEndree of Phoenix, Arizona and Steve McEndree of Albuquerque, New Mexico; 11 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Melton was born October 8, 1943 to the late Charley and Rosa McCowen in Vernon. He was a long time resident of Parker County. Melton was a custom spur and bit maker and was an avid hunter. He was a life member of the N.R.A.

Melton was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, James.

Survivors include his wife, Kay McCowen of Weatherford; sons, Michael McCowen and wife, Deana, of Canadian, Darrell Wayne McCowen of Chillicothe, Wade McCowen and wife, Maria, of Fort Worth and Shawn Studer and Cathy Sweeney, of Weatherford; sister, Louise Wright of Arizona; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and many loving friends.

Rosalie Butler
Mrs. Butler was born on June 22, 1935 in Millsap Texas. She was a graduate of TCU, a retired school teacher teaching eighth grade American history for years and a member of Tin Top Church of Christ. Rosalie loved to sing and travel, sewing, crocheting blankets for grandchildren and loved being the gate keeper at Bucking Bulls Butler Arena.

She is preceded in death by er husband, Harold, and son Tony.

Survivors include her daughter, Pam Freeman and husband Kenny Letson of Weatherford, son, Ricky Butler and wife, Susan of Weatherford, sisters, Katherine Henderson of Weatherford, Leona Britton of Weatherford, Thelma Mille of Danville, KY, brother, George Berry of Weatherford, four grandchildren, Darby, Devon, Danyle and Braeden., two great grandchildren.

Del Evenson

Delano J. Evenson was born October 4, 1943 in Austin, Minn., the first son of George and Olga Evenson.

He graduated High School in Fertile, Iowa. He honorably served six years in the United States Navy, including a tour in Vietnam. Del retired from the United States Dept. of Agriculture in Omaha and in Fort Worth.

He has lived in Azle since 1980, and was All State Team Quartermaster at VFW Post 2137 and active with other local Veterans organzations for many years. He didn't like legistation from the bench; only three days to celebrate America; Veterans Day, Memorial Day and July 4th. Don't forget about it the other 362 days.

Del was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers.

Del is survived by his wife, Kathy; daughter, Kimberley Jo; two step-daughters;two granddaughters; three grandsons; brother, Marlin; sisters, Dixie and Judy; and many nieces and nephews.

Mary Frances Sells
Mary was born January 13, 1931 to the late Marvin and Ruby Brooks in Paducah. She was a long time resident of Willow Park. She loved being a homemaker, grandmother and friend.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Robert R. Sells.

Survivors include her sons, Monty Sells of Willow Park, Scott Sells and wife, Teresa of Fort Worth; brothers, M. H. Brooks of Colorado and Doug Brooks of Colorado; grandchildren, Whitney Sells Paschal and husband, Shawn, Drew Sells and wife, Courtney, Samantha Sells and Zachary Sells; great-grandchildren, Ethan, Elan, and Eli Paschal; also, numerous friends and acquaintances.

W. Vernon Sisk

Vernon was born August 16, 1941, the second of four children, to the late Earnest Ace and Ella Mae Sisk in Parker County. He worked in construction for more than 50 years. Vernon was a resident of Parker, Tarrant and Wise Counties his entire life. He liked to fish and attend car races. Vernon honorably served his country in the United States Air Force.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie "Jody" Latham Sisk; brother, Earnest Alvoid Sisk; sons, Jody Lynn Sisk and Ricky Sisk, Sr; and his parents.

Survivors include grandchildren, Ricky Sisk, Jr. and wife, Ashley of Azle, Cody Sisk of Granbury and Amber Sisk of Azle; great-grandchildren, Caisen Lynn Sisk, Trevor William Sisk, and one on the way; brothers, Lloyd Sisk and wife, Francis of Springtwon and Roy Sisk and wife, Myrna of Lakeside; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of loving friends

Evelyn was born December 19, 1921 in Fort Worth to the late Monroe Olyce and Margaret Melvina Tucker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Clements; daughter, Adrian Clements; grandson, Lance Temple Masters; and granddaughter, Ann Marie Masters.

Survivors include daughters, Irene Masters and husband, Raymond, Lana Britt and husband, Richard and Gwen Lee and husband, Dave, Jamie Maldonado and husband, Rene; 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of loving friends.

Larry Drew Tapp

Larry was born January 12, 1940 to Leonard and Ruby Tapp in Fort Worth. He had a passion for fishing, hunting, cooking and being with his family. Larry attended the LaJunta Baptist Church. He was loved by everyone who knew him and will be greatly missed.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Raymond and Don Tapp.

Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Penny Tapp of Azle; son, Derreck Tapp of Mechanicsville, Va.; daughters, Pamela (sister) Lane and husband, Robert, Tina Nelson, both of Mechanicsville, Va., and Kimberely Waller and husband, Tod, of Orangevale, Calif.; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brothers, Billy and Ray Tapp; sister, Erma Erwin; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and a host of loving friends.
