Larry was born in Mineral Wells August 1, 1955 to Albert Burton and Patsy Patterson Johnson. He had been a roughneck working in West Texas oil fields and in construction in Mineral Wells. Larry was also the grounds keeper at Palo Pinto General Hospital.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Tonya Johnson; brother, Ricky Johnson; stepfather, John Elliott; and mother-in-law, Billy Jo Ennis.

Survivors include wife, Sally Johnson of Mineral Wells; daughters, Priscilla Brierton and husband, Allen, and Christi Leath and husband,Patrick; grandchildren, Skye Levan, Zoe Brierton, Kayla Lee and Tiffany Lee; and a host of loving friends.

Myrna L. WhittMyrna L. Whitt

Myrna was born April 20, 1941 in Fort Worth the daughter of Fred and Mary Slater Barker. She was a longtime resident of Azle. Myrna loved the lake house, boating and fishing. She had owned Circle M Western Wear Store in Azle for many years.

Myrna was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include husband, Jack Whitt of Azle; daughters, Kimberly Bennett and husband, Bob of Red Oak, Lisa Talmage and husband, Rey of Azle, and LeAnn Davenport and husband, Bill of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Miya, Ashley, Chad, T.J., Dylan, Addi, Addison, Aubree and Colin; sisters, Patsy Waldrop and husband, Bob of Crowley, Nancy Legge and husband, Glenn of Elmendorf and Debra Barker and husband, David of Canyon Lake; and numerous friends and acquaintances.

Carmella "Deane" ThompsonCarmella "Deane" Thompson

Deane was born December 13, 1925 to Carmon Russell and Mary Martha Bordner Price in Bridgeport. She lived in the Azle area for 47 years and was a member of First United Methodist Church of Azle. Deane shared her talents and love of children as an art teacher at Azle High School for many years.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Delbert Paul Thompson in 1985 and her precious daughter, Paula Deane Doyle in 1999.

Survivors include her children, Stephen Thompson and wife, Jennifer, of Azle, Deborah Carol Zorns and husband, Harold Mike, of Boyd, Sandra Dee Shanor of Azle and Pamela Horn and husband, Steve, of Plano; fourteen grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren; and many loving friends and church family.

Lenell MeyerLenell Meyer

Lenell Dearson Meyer was born July 9, 1935, in Robert Lee, daughter of Harmon Dee and Emma Ellen Jones Dearson. She married Delbert Meyer in Odessa in 1955 and they began their life together. Lenell had a servant's heart and volunteered her time for many years at Campbell Memorial Hospital. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Lenell was preceded in death by her father.

Survivors: Husband, Delbert Meyer of Weatherford; son, Carl Meyer and wife, Dawn, of Bridgeport; grandsons, Tyler and Matthew Meyer of Bridgeport; mother, Ellen Dearson of Weatherford; aunts, Vera Powell of Idaho and Ruby Jo Freeman of Orange; cousins, Stephen Freeman, Gary Freeman and Ray Powell; and a host of loving friends.

Billy Mike FinchBilly Mike Finch

Billy Mike “Smith” was born with his twin sister, to Mike L. C. Smith and Bessie Mae Burke on June 3, 1929, in Floydada, TX. Upon the death of both parents, the twins, Billy Mike and Betty Jean were adopted by their Aunt Jewel and Ore A. Finch. Billy graduated from Paschal High School in Fort Worth in 1946 and attended TCU, staying a loyal follower and fan throughout his life. He retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company (ATT) after 50 years of service. He enjoyed spending time working on his farm in Weatherford, raising and selling hay, gardening, tending to his critters and visiting with friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his birth parents, his adoptive parents, brothers, Wayne Smith and wife Joyce, Kenneth Leon Smith and wife Wynola, twin sister, Betty Jean Daughtery and husband Don, daughter, Marsha Leanne Williams and grandson, Michael Sean Windish.

Jason L. McDaniel was born July 7, 1976, in Arlington, son of James and Sheri Jernigan McDaniel. He was a longtime resident of Springtown and Saginaw. Jason loved his family and was a dedicated family man. He enjoyed spending all of his free time with his wife and children. Jason loved to make people laugh.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include his wife, Suzanne McDaniel of Saginaw; sons, Connor and Cameron McDaniel both of Saginaw; mother, Sheri McDaniel of Springtown; brothers, Jeremy McDaniel of Saginaw and Brett McDaniel and wife, Char of Justin; and numerous family and friends.

Brenda was born Dec. 14, 1950, in Aspermont, to Curtis Lee and Mary L. Price Martin. She was a longtime resident of Newark. Brenda was an avid gardener and loved cookouts and being with her family.
