Kathy Kelly, 56, of Weatherford, died Friday, Feb. 20, 2015 in Pampa. Memorial service is set for 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28 at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
Ms. Kelly was born April 16, 1958. She grew up in the Amish community of Painesville, Ohio. She was a bus driver for WISD for several years before retiring in 2005.
Survivors include Tony Lee Kelly, Jr., and wife Jessica of Burnet, Travis Kelly and fiancé Shanna of Weatherford; grandchildren, Kyson Kelly and Travis Teague a new grandbaby will arrive around May.

J.C. (Joe) Fritts, 89, of Weatherford died Sunday, Feb. 22, 2015 at his home.
Funeral service is set for 11 a.m. Saturday in White's Chapel of Memories, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford with interment at 3 p.m. Saturday in Oakwood Cemetery in Comanche. Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. Friday at White's Funeral Home.
Mr. Fritts was born Aug. 2, 1925 in Comanche to Calvin and Edna Mae Fritts. He married Bettye Jo Smith Jan. 10, 1951 in Comanche. They have made Weatherford their home since 1952. He served honorably in the United States Army during World War Two, where he received a Purple Heart for his bravery. Frits retired from the Department of Public Safety where he worked as a License and Weight Patrolman. He was a Mason and a member of North Side Baptist Church.

Jesse Alvin Conner, 60, died Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015 at his residence in Reno. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
Mr. Conner was born June 10, 1954 in Fort Worth to George Daniel and Virginia Bell Conner. He was owner of Jesse’s Radiator and Muffler, enjoyed fishing, loved people and would help anyone in need.
He is survived by his wife, Theresa of Reno; daughters, Tammy Bene of Haltom City and Mary Kay Wittting of Coloma, Mich.; sons, David Conner of Coloma, Mich., Kevin Parsons of Honolulu, Hawaii and John Parsons of Highland Park; sisters, Linda Murphy of Arkansas and Judie Davis of Kennedale; brothers, Jackey Conner of Arkansas and Tommy Conner of Mansfield; and 10 grandchildren.

Joy Dell Teague, 84, of Weatherford died Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015. Graveside service is set for 2 p.m. Thursday at Centerpoint Cemetery.
Mrs. Teague was born June 2, 1930. She was a homemaker and a lifelong resident of Weatherford. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Ray and Rosa Mae Tucker, husband J.B. Teague, Jr. and brother, James Virgil Tucker.
Survivors include her daughter, Linda Samford and husband, Ellis of Weatherford; son, John Teague of Weatherford; four sisters; Jeanell Welch and husband Thayer of Weatherford, Doris Kinback of Weatherford, Corky Hyatt of Weatherford, and Mary Parsons and husband Walt of Weatherford; four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

Mary Katheryn "Kat" Dodson, 84, died Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015.
Graveside service is set for 2 p.m. Friday at Azleland Memorial Park under the direction of White's Azle Funeral Home.
Mrs. Dodson was born Nov. 5, 1930 in Paducah to Hayden and Lorene Stone. She enjoyed crocheting and working with ceramics. She retired from Jordan's Restaurant after 40 years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Monroe Dodson in 2014.

Liam Curry died Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015 after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by his family.
Service is set for 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Stephen Catholic Church, 1802 Bethel Road, Weatherford with interment at Laurel Land Memorial Park, Fort Worth. Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at White's Azle Funeral Home with rosary beginning at 7 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Moncrief Cancer Institute, 400 Magnolia, Fort Worth, TX  76104, Attn: Valerie Oxford, 817-288-9800.
Mr. Curry honorably served his country in the United States Navy for six years. He was married to Kim Ash Curry, and they had four children, three grandsons and three granddaughters. He also worked for Saulsbury Industries as a crane operator for eight years. He was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church.

Billie Joyce Hutchins Towles, "Pama," of Weatherford died Feb. 20, 2015. Funeral service was Monday, Feb. 23 at Willow Park Baptist Church, 129 S. Ranch House Rd.
Mrs. Towles was born July 8, 1926.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the church building fund.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Towles, and three siblings.
She is survived by children Vicki, Jerry, Tony, Rocky and Joni; 16 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; and her special friend, Claude Cross.

Sherry LaNell Moss Johnson, 57, of Weatherford died Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2015, after a three year battle with breast cancer.
Funeral service is set for 10 a.m. Saturday at North Side Baptist Church Worship Center, 910 N. Main St., Weatherford with private interment. Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. Friday at North Side Baptist Church Worship Center.
In lieu of usual remembrances the family suggests donations may be made to The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders in Weatherford.
Mrs. Johnson was born June 19, 1957 in Weatherford to Johnny Moss and Euna Huffstuttler Moss Crooks. She married Darrell Wayne Johnson Nov. 18, 1989. She lived in the Weatherford area all of her life. She was a hair dresser for over 30 years where she made many lifelong friends and grey hair blue.
