Ashley Lorraine Hobbs, 28, died Saturday, June 21, 2014 in College Station.
Service is set for 3 p.m. Thursday at Holy Apostles Episcopal Church with interment at Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Greenwood Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to College Station ISD Special Services in College Station.
Mrs. Hobbs was born June 22, 1985 in Fort Worth. She graduated from Aledo High School in 2003 and Texas A&M in 2008 and became a special education teacher at A&M Consolidated High School and College Station High School in College Station.
She married her husband, Michael Hobbs, in 2010. She had a passion for taking care of children and enjoyed gymnastics, softball and shopping. She loved people and never met a stranger. She was a member of the American Cancer Society and Sigma Phi Lambda Christian Sorority.
Survivors include her husband, Michael Hobbs; parents, Linda and Kevin Feldman and Vicky and Rik Marshall; in-laws, Amy and Gary Hobbs; sisters, Tisa Stephenson, Robin Parr and Jennifer Williams; brothers, Andrew Marshall, Jason Feldman and Steve Slusser; grandparents, Dale and Lorraine Schau and Sybil Martin; and her dog, Nolan.
