Lois LeGrand, 84, died Wednesday, April 9, 2014.
Memorial service is set for 2 p.m. Tuesday, April, 15 at White's Azle Chapel, 105 Denver Trail, Azle.
Mrs. LeGrand was born Jan. 9, 1930 to John and Hazel McKinney in Lockhaven, Penn. She was a retired registered nurse and had worked as a home health care giver after her retirement. She married Tony Palaia and raised a family and later married Rudolph LeGrand. She loved bowling, crocheting, playing bingo and hanging out with her friends. She was preceded in death by her second husband, Rudolph LeGrand; son, Johnny Palaia; brother, Gordon McKinney; sister, Marion King; and grandson, Kyle Andrew McDaniel.
Survivors include her children, Kathy McDaniel and husband, George, Tony Palaia, Jr., Sandra Cook and husband, Billy, Frankie Palaia and wife, Candy, and Mikey Palaia; grandchildren, Kenneth Kost and fiance, Katherine, Bobbie Jo Bishop and husband, Brian; seven other grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; siblings, Nora Lou Fiedler, Johnny McKinney, Phyllis Robinson, and Darlene McKinney; many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
