Cheryl Anne Smith, 67 died Saturday, March 29, 2014 in Supai, Ariz.
Memorial service is set for12:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Adell Community Fellowship.
Graveside service is at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Clark Cemetery with Pastor Mike Wiley officiating.
Mrs. Smith was born Jan. 25, 1947, in Fort Worth, to Fred and Anne Savage of Weatherford. She recently lived in Supai, AZ and was a member of the Church in the Havasupai tribe. Cheryl was a special ed and elementary teacher for the Havasupai Indian Tribe.
She was preceded in death by her father, Fred Savage, and her son, Allen Scott Evartt.
She is survived by her husband, Ron Smith of Supai, Ariz.; son, Jason Evartt and wife, Ronda; daughter, Amanda Tapia and husband, Elmer; stepdaughter and three children; five grandchildren; mother, Anne Savage; four sisters, Deborah Savage, Beverly and Wayne Jones, Sandra and Tony Souders, and Denise and David Crawley; one niece and six nephews.
