Richard was born to Richard Arthur and Ruth Paulson Osborne June 24, 1967 in Seattle, Wash. Richard dearly loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors: brother, Martin Osborne and wife, Sharon of Abilene; sisters, Lori Hoadley and husband, Steve of Cusick, Wash, Diane Fairchild of Alexandria, LA, Amber Grey and husband, Rick of Springtown, and Marie Cameron and husband, David of Oklahoma City, Okla.; uncle, Ray Paulson and wife, Arlene; many nieces, nephews and cousins; along with a host of loving friends.
