Weatherford Police Department News Blotter September 22, 2010

The following offenses were observed or reported to the Weatherford Police Department between Tuesday 09-21-10 and Wednesday 09-22-10.

09-21-10, 400 S. Main St, an employee of CVS Pharmacy reported that on 09-16-10 a known female suspect was observed by store employees concealing items in her purse. The complainant reported that the suspect was confronted at which time the products were returned to the business and suspect left the scene.

09-21-10, 700 Ft Worth Hwy, an employee of Pizza Hut reported that between the close of business 09-20-10 and 10am 09-21-10 unknown suspect(s) had removed two bank deposits from the business.

09-21-10, 1100 Lynn St, a complainant reported that he had been receiving harassing and threatening text messages and telephone calls from a known suspect.

09-21-10, 1000 Duke St, a complainant reported that as he was walking to a friend’s residence he was approached and assaulted by an unknown male suspect. The complainant advised that he knew of no motive for the assault. The complainant was treated and released from a medical facility.
