CRIME OF THE WEEK
Issued September 9, 2010

The Parker County Crime Stoppers has issued the following Crime of the Week and needs your help in solving this crime.

On Thursday, August 12, 2010, at approximately 10 p.m., a female jogger (using a headlamp due to the time of evening) was running eastbound at the 900 block of W. Russell St. in Weatherford when an unidentified vehicle veered towards her and struck her. The vehicle then continued on without stopping. The victim, a 38 year old white female from Weatherford, was conscious at the time units arrived, and was transported to Weatherford Regional Medical Center by ambulance due to injuries sustained in the hit and run.
