August 19, 2010 by Randy Keck

Ken HawkinsIn an e-mail sent to the members of the Willow Park City Council, obtained by The Community News through a public information request, Hawkins told the entire quorum on June 4, 2009; “I am afraid that we are not yet comparing apples to apples” in regards to the Deer Creek and Dyegard (spelled Digard in the e-mail) water systems.
