PLAT AGENDA
BE IT KNOWN, the HONORABLE COMMISSIONERS COURT of PARKER COUNTY, TEXAS, will convene in a SPECIAL MEETING at 9:00 A.M. on WEDNESDAY the 13th day of JANUARY 2010 in the COMMISSIONER COURTROOM on the FIRST FLOOR of the COURTHOUSE, ONE COURTHOUSE SQUARE, WEATHERFORD, TEXAS, TO CONSIDER, DISCUSS AND/OR ACT UPON THE FOLLOWING AGENDA ITEMS:
1. Authorization:
a. To begin the revision process for Lot 5, Block 2, Section B of The Country Place, located off Timber Wild Drive in Precinct #3. (Commissioner Roth/Leslie Coufal).
b. To begin revision process of Lots 34R and 35R-Section A and Lot 4-Section C of The Country Place, located off Patrick Creek Road and Country Place Road in Precinct #3. (Commission Roth/Leslie Coufal).
2. Approval of Preliminary Plat:
a. For a subdivision to be known as Eagles Crest Estates, Phase I & Phase II, located off Taylor Road in Precinct #3. (Commissioner Roth/Leslie Coufal).
