Representatives from Walsh Ranch, TxDOT and the City of Fort Worth were on hand to answer questions about construction set to begin next year on a $13.9 million road project at a Thursday night meeting in Aledo.
The project will open up the Walsh Ranch, where developers are already grading and preparing for infrastructure and bridges, with a new overpass and upgraded frontage road from I-30.
Construction on the overpass is expected to run from Spring 2013 to Spring 2014, at which point the first houses in the initial residential development of 124 lots will start to go up.
