Lonna Jean Mongold Thomas joined her Heavenly Father Sunday, July 18, 2010.

Lonna was born the daughter of Kenneth and Mary Lee
Mongold in Amarillo. She remained in Amarillo through her
childhood, graduating from Palo Duro High in 1970. Lonna then met
the Love of her life, Luther Thomas and they were married April 17,
1971. She is preceded in death by her grandparents; father, Kenneth
Mongold; and brother-in-law, Tom J. Clemmons.

Survivors: husband, Luther; son, Heath Thomas of Weatherford;
mother, Mary Lee Mongold of Red Oak; sisters, LaDonna Cameron and
husband, Jim of Red Oak, Cuylene Clemmons of Lubbock; aunt, Naomi
Pekrul Lynch of Enid, Okla.; along with numerous cousins, nieces
and nephews.
