Ken was born February 27, 1977 in California to Ronald Eugene and Maxine Kay Rice Rutter. He graduated from Brewer High School. Ken loved to play video games.

He was preceded in death by his father; and sister, Kristy Dawn Ritter.

Survivors: mother, Maxine Kay Scarbrough; half-brother, Ralph Rutter; grandmother, Bee A. Dodd; and numerous aunts and uncles. Survivors: mother, Maxine Kay Scarbrough; half-brother, Ralph Rutter; and grandmother, Bee A. Dodd.
