Wendell C. McCrary

Wendell C. McCrary was born August 3, 1916 in Royce City, Texas, and was a resident of
Weatherford and Parker County for many years. He was a mechanic, retired Civil Service employee, a World War II Air Force Veteran and a member of the North Main Church of Christ, where he served as an Elder. Mr. McCrary loved fishing, reading and children, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Hazel McCrary of Weatherford; daughters, Audrey Park of Weatherford, Diana Gardner and husband, Lee of Weatherford, Suzanne Carter and husband, David of Abilene, Sharon White and husband, Greg of Granbury; sons, Calven McCrary and wife, Karen of Grand Prairie, Wesley Hightower and wife, Nikki of Nashville; sister Stollie Pearl Dixon of Weatherford; 12 Grandchildren; 20 Great Grandchildren; 3 Great Great Grandchildren.
