Charles was born in Fort Worth January 9, 1980 to Charles Clifton and Patsy Ruth Bandy. He attended Haltom High School. Charles liked photography, music, target shooting and collecting guns. He was a Christian and loved his Lord and Savior. Charles was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Survivors: Parents, Charles and Patsy Bandy of River Oaks; brother, Jonathan Bandy and wife of River Oaks; girlfriend, Elizabeth Kealy of Cleveland, Ohio; two nephews; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
