On 11-21-2011 at 0806 hrs I, Officer T.Wainscott #79 with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to 1100 blk of Storybrook Ln. Weatherford TX on a criminal mischief call. Upon arrival Jeremy Steward advised that on 11-19-2011 around 2130 hrs he found the front door of a new construction home kicked in, and a hole kicked in the wall of the kitchen. Steward also advised that the new construction home next door had the garage outside light busted out. Steward valued the damage to be $550.00 dollars. Steward said that no one had permission to be on the property or to damage the property. Steward does wish to pursue charges for the criminal mischief.

11-21-2011 T. Trevino # 71 - On 11-21-2011 at approximately 0907 hours I was dispatched to the 1000 block of Fort Worth Highway in reference to a theft. Upon arrival, I met with the complainant (w/m 45 yoa) who advised that sometime between 1900 hours on Sunday, 11-20-2011 and 0530 hours on Monday, 11-21-2011 unknown person(s) had removed his property (2011 white cargo trailer) from the parking lot of his business. The complainant did not know who may have taken his property and he does wish to file charges against the person(s) responsible as they intentionally and knowingly appropriated the property of another with the intent to deprive the owner of the property and without the owner's effective consent. A theft report was taken.

11/21/2011 J.Shelley - 63 At approximately 16:10 hours this date, Reporting Officer J. Shelley was dispatched to 500 Mockingbird Ln. to meet with Mary Carol Cain regarding a hit and run accident. Cain advised she was traveling east in the 500 block of Mockingbird Ln. when a small 2 door compact car, blue in color, traveling west crossed into her lane and struck her vehicle, a 2011 Kia Forte, gold in color, on the left rear quarter panel. Cain reported the actor did not stop and continued to Charles St. where the car turned north. Cain was unable to obain a license plate number from the vehicle. No injuries occurred to Cain. A report for hit and run accident was made.

11/21/2011 J.Shelley - 63 At approximately 16:10 hours this date I was dispatched to 100 Mockingbird Ln to meet with Mr. John Cooper regarding a hit and run accident involving his 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander, white in color. Cooper advised that he was stationary at 100 Mockingbird Ln and 500 W. Park Ave. waiting to turn left onto W. Park Ave. when the actor driving a vehicle described only as a small compact car, light blue in

On Monday November 21, 2011 at approximately 20:10 hours Officer Watson and reporting Officer (Taber 77) were dispatched to the 100 block of W. Interstate 20 in reference to a domestic disturbance. On arrival I met with the victim, a white female age 34, who advised she and her husband, a black male age 33, got into an verbal argument. The male subject, identified as Charles Clark, returned with an outstanding warrant out of Tarrant County for Nonpayment of Child Support / Contempt of Court. Clark was arrested and transported to Parker County Jail where he was booked per departmental procedure.
