REGULAR AGENDA

BE IT KNOWN, the HONORABLE COMMISSIONERS COURT of PARKER COUNTY, TEXAS, will convene in a
REGULAR MEETING at 9:00 A.M. on MONDAY the 28th of JUNE 2010 in the COMMISSIONERS
COURTROOM on the FIRST FLOOR of the COURTHOUSE, ONE COURTHOUSE SQUARE, WEATHERFORD,
TEXAS,TO CONSIDER, DISCUSS AND/OR ACT UPON THE FOLLOWING AGENDA ITEMS:

1. ROUTINE BUSINESS: (a.) Certification of revenues as presented by the auditor; (b). Line item budget
adjustments as presented by the auditor; (c.) payment of routine bills as presented by the auditor; (d.) prior approval/disapproval of purchases; (e.) approval of payroll, payments for insurance, retirement; (f.) report from County Treasurer on balances of all funds “1 thru 999”; (g.) accept, renew or reject bids; (h.)
authorization to advertise bids for purchases as listed; (i.) accept or release pledged securities.

2. APPROVAL:
a. Submission of Precinct #1 Annual Road Report for the Minutes of Commissioners Court as prescribed by Texas Transportation Statute 251.005.(Commissioner Conley)
b. Submission of Precinct #2 Annual Road Report for the Minutes of Commissioners Court as prescribed by Texas Transportation Statute 251.005. (Commissioner Brinkley)
c. Submission of Precinct #3 Annual Road Report for the Minutes of Commissioners Court as prescribed by Texas Transportation Statute 251.005.(Commissioner Roth)
d. Submission of Precinct #4 Annual Road Report for the Minutes of Commissioners Court as prescribed by Texas Transportation Statute 251.005.(Commissioner Webster)
e. Deny payment of damage claim from AT&T in the amount of $2,746.38 and located on Fox Road in Pct

f. Deny payment to AT&T for damages of $785.88 at 4210 Ellis Road, Weatherford, TX 76087 in Pct #3.

g. Deny request by AT&T for payment of $2,565.51 for damages incurred to a telephone cable at 124 Old Agnes Road in Precinct #2. (Commissioner Brinkley)
h. Declare as surplus the following equipment in Precinct 4: 1 - 1988 Hyster Roller; 1 - 2000 Rosco Chip
Spreader;1 - 1991 Mortas International Paint Striper and request authority to use Ritchie Brothers for auction of surplus equipment. (Commissioner Webster)
i. Amendments to the county employee policies and regulations and adopt order. (John Forrest/Judge Riley)
j. For county funded cell phone for Sgt. Jim Lasater, assigned to the DEA Task Force.(Larry Fowler/Judge Riley)
k. Declare Hart Intercivic Sole Source for Dell OptiPlex 740, Dell 630 Notebook, Microsoft Office 2000
Operating System and pig-tail cables for E-Slate Election Voting Equipment. (Deena Nichols/Judge Riley)
l. Items be declared as surplus property and authorize the donation of 3 Toughbook MDT Stands to the City of Reno Police Department. (Deena Nichols/Judge Riley)
m. Service agreement with our Internet provider, Skybeam, to double county Internet Bandwidth.

3. REVIEW AND EXECUTE:
a. Interlocal Agreement between Parker County and Dallam County.(Deena Nichols/Judge Riley)

4. NOTIFICATION:
a. Precinct #2 will push fence row to improve visibility and drainage at the following location: 4477 block of Lone Star Road, for approximately 700 feet of road frontage on the south side of Lone Star Road.

6. EXECUTIVE SESSION: In accordance with Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code, the Parker
County Commissioners Court will meet in CLOSED SESSION to discuss to wit: Real Estate. At the
conclusion of the Closed Session the Commissioners Court will reconvene in OPEN SESSION to make any
decisions or take any action considered appropriate action regarding said matters discussed in CLOSED

NOTE: Commissioners Court may choose to convene into Executive Session items out of agenda sequence depending upon
availability of counsel.
